CHICAGO—The discovery that former Penn State University defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky has been molesting boys as young as 10 years old – and that university officials including head coach Joe Paterno did not do more to apprehend this predator – has shocked America. Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH), said the scandal exposes the continuing problem of homosexual predators in society. He offers the following observations related to the PSU scandal:

• Many openly homosexual (“gay”) men, like CNN anchor Don Lemon, were molested as boys or experienced abnormally early sexualization. Yet many of these same men do NOT see their boyhood victimization at the hands of homosexual male predators as causing their homosexuality. (This is due partly to the success of the modern “gay” movement that falsely ascribes “gayness” to a person’s (innate) identity, and emphasizes the ambiguous notion of “sexual orientation” as opposed to behavior that is sinful, destructive and changeable.)
• Thus, how many boy victims of homosexual predator Sandusky will end up believing that being homosexual (“gay”) is “who they are”? How many will struggle with sexual identity issues? And how many will be told by LGBT advocates and liberal-minded people just to “accept being gay” as “who they are” because they were “born that way”?

• Because the media and academia have largely become apologists for the modern homosexualist movement, they downplay or ignore obvious causative factors in the formation of “gay” identity – including pederastic molestation. CNN’s Lemon is a case in point: he is now an “out gay” celebrity, yet few question the absurdity of him not associating the molestation of his youth with his later embrace of homosexuality as a positive identity.
• There IS a long history connecting homosexuality to pederasty, and a disproportionate link between homosexuality and pedophilia: why else would so many child molestation victims be boys when only 1-3 percent of the population is homosexual? Since cases of women molesting boys remain rare, if homosexuality were not such a strong factor, nearly all of pedophile victims should be girls, which is far from the case.
• Sandusky is married but obviously has a homosexuality (perversion) problem. Yet pro-“gay” liberals will deny any linkage between homosexuality and Sandusky’s rape/seduction of boys. In fact, after news of the Penn State scandal came to light, “gay” activists stressed that Sandusky is married and that most pedophile cases involve “straight, married men.” However, behavior is what matters – not a person’s marital status or self-described “sexual orientation.” Sandusky was married but was he really “straight” (sexually or morally)? Some inner demons or life traumas – probably in his own youth – caused him to lust for boys, wrecking untold misery in the lives of his victims. Behavior is the issue, and this was a case of a serial homosexual predator raping boys.

This is EXTREMELY important!!!

I had a flamboyantly gay professor for PSYCH 101, which I took as a blow off glass Senior Year of Under Grad.

The school I went to was on trimesters so the class lasted for 10 weeks. Each week he would constantly argue the "nature vs. nurture" and argue that gay is via nature.

Well the fact that I am religious makes me biased however, wouldn't anyone with a knowledge of science realize that argument is false due to the fact that it leads to the extinction of a species???

So for the 400th post I've made on this subject if you are a parent with a student in school, PLEASE make sure you know what they are being taught. This radical gay professor turned the class from Psychology 101 to Gay Psycho 101.

I do not agree with homosexuals being allowed to marry. Marriage is a centuries long mechanism of recording heredity and blood lines. Faith and religion are separate things. I have faith but I don’t belong to any religion. I can’t understand why so many find peace and solace with their same sex. I simply can’t. Yet, I know they do while functioning perfectly normally in ever other aspect of life. Paying their taxes. Abiding by traffic laws. Getting to work on time. Even going to Church. They do them all just like you and I.

Where, just exactly, do I morally condemn and damn for doing the same things as I? I ask? They are God’s creation just as you and I going about life just as you and I would do so.

It’s clearly no secret that the Bible does not serve me. It’s also clear that the New Testament does not serve everyone. I believe in good people...not the devout. They are serious and different things. Good and deserving people are one thing. Hollow and professing people are quite another.

I trust in the actions of my fellow person, not their church. I can’t care less about their religion, I care about their morality.

Why is what Sandusky did wrong?

Personally I have no liberals who are coming to Sandusky's defense and few who are upbraiding PSU for firing Paterno

To answer the question: Children are only young once. Molesting a child is the most selfish act one can commit. One is literally stealing moments from a child's life that can never be replaced.

When one thinks of one's first sexual encounter the memories are invariably pleasant--perhaps awkward--but memories one will carry throughout life.

Sandusky has planted himself into the memories of all his victims for the rest of their lives. My heart goes out to his victims who will always have Sandusky to "thank" for turning them out into sex.

Who the hell does he think he is to bring the "gift of sex" if you will, to these boys? They will never experience the joy, the wonder, the mystery that goes with discovering "what adults do."

This is why what Sandusky did is wrong.

In one study, 80% or so of homosexuals had experienced molesting, which includes seduction, by older homosexuals in their early years - as children or adolescents.

My point is that liberals push for the age of consent to be lowered to 12. If sex is just a legal issue then eventually what Sandusky did won’t be wrong will it?
