I’d love to see someone debate Doofus Biden! Maybe Newt can ask Joe about his obsession with squirt gun fights on the White House lawn.

I first heard about Cain back in May. Never seriously considered Palin. She had been through the media circus four years ago, and pretty much unrelenting as governor through to now.

I suspected she wouldn’t run. I was always a bit surprised at the number of people who thought she would. Now I love the lady, but I didn’t think she’d enter again because once is enough for her and her family.

Once I started looking at Cain, I thought, here’s our man. Nobody else sees this yet, but I could see him as the president of the United States.

I’ve been delighted to see his rise, and welcome everyone else aboard. We need all the good folks we can get to pink slip Obama.

I’m calling BS on this poll. There is no way Huntsman has skyrocketed to 2%.

“Cain has that spark of leadership charisma that Newt lacks, although it us undisputed that Newt is a brilliant man. They would make a magnificent President/Vice President combo.”

Their skills compliment each other, and they get along. I think they should skip the “wait until the convention” bullmitt and announce as a team soon.

I am liking Gingrich a lot after last night's debate but the trust issues about his fidelity to Conservative principals refuses to go away for me.

I don't have a favorite, and I understand your point about Newt not being faithful...in more ways than one, actually. :) The thing I always keep in mind is that if a candidate believes in my ideas, it's only one factor of several. His or her ability to deliver is another.

As an example, suppose there are two candidates. Candidate A supports banning all abortions, period. Candidate B opposes abortion, but has a variety of exceptions such as the morning after pill, rape, and incest. Both A and B were in office before, but A accomplished nothing while B managed to get legislation in place for mandatory ultrasounds and parental notification. Some people would pick A and demonize B for not being pure.

I'm not saying any candidate is a pure conservative, but I give some weight to Gingrich because he has shown an ability to get good legislation through. But since my state's primary comes very late, the decision will be made before I can vote, so I will continue supporting no one until all of you pick the winner. :)

When she arrived on the national scene, my first thought was here is our next President (2012).

I NEVER suspected she wouldn’t run, because she has been running all along, until her announcement. I think something may have happened or she was shown something by Him to reverse course.

I know a lot of people don’t believe He actually speaks with His people, but the Bible did state at the end of times, He would be speaking to His once again.

I have no idea why she decided not to run, except for what she says...and I believe her.

She did say....not yet. Perhaps she will be the one to be handed the reigns from Cain in 2016 and continue to save our country from ruins.

Only He knows. And I certainly pray He has forgiven us for our trepasses.

Re: 10% is good enough for God and 9% being fine for government.

Except that it's not even close to 9%. It's 9% income, 9% sales, and 9% corporate. Of course that's just the start. With the new national sales tax in place, the Democrats will use that tool in the future to tax us to death. As Wilson presided over the income tax, will there be a President Cain who will be known as the one who started the national sales tax? No, I think the American people will rebel before we let that snake in the door! If we first chase out the income tax snake, then fine, but not both.

Excellent.

Now, where's that gif of Cain cracking that smile?

I'm with ya, but honestly I don't see how He could given the extent of our nation's depravity and degeneracy. He'd have to apoligize to Sodom and Gomorrah first.

The best thing about this poll? Newt has almost taken 2nd :)

I would be thrill with Cain and Gingrich battling for the nomination, either way we win :P

I think we’re thinking along the same lines as far as Newt goes. I’m not a huge fan of Gingrich and wouldn’t want him calling the shots either, but starting to warm to the idea of a Cain/Gingrich ticket.

Cain might need someone to do some “wet work” around town. Under adult supervision, Newt working from the VP office as some kind of majority whip on steroids could be incredibly useful.

Newt would be an excellent Cheney for Cain.

He would be a very important VP. I can already hear the word “gravitas” again.

But, but Huntsman more than DOUBLED his numbers! His campaign must be ecstatic!

Why is Huntsman listed AHEAD of 'Someone Else?'

'Someone Else' doesn't get any respect at all...

How can the majority of women voters accept, either, a Cain/Gingrich ticket, or a Gingrich/Cain ticket, during the ‘12 general election? During the last few Presidential election cycles, the majority of women voters vote for the Democratic Party ticket, every time!

How about really having many more GOP Presidential debates done just like the format that was used Saturday night, please and thank you?

Just saw another headline about Cain’s support waning. Looks like his numbers are holding just fine. I see Perry’s surging though.

Didn’t Lot try to find at least 10 faithful before He destroyed them?

I believe there is MANY MANY more faithful than that here in America.
