Long live the TEA party rebellion!! NO MORE RINOS!! NO ROMNEY, NO WAY!!
vanity | Oct 16, 2011 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 10/16/2011 2:06:44 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) party sprang up in spontaneous rebellion to big government's big spending, big taxing ways. TARP, the bailouts, the PORKULUS package and ObamaCare lit the fuse. TEA partiers support the constitution's limited government restrictions. TEA partiers are non-partisan, i.e., we oppose the big government, big spending, big taxing moves of both the major political parties.

This is an open rebellion against business as usual big spending, overreaching government! We demand a return to constitutionally limited government!!

The socialist/progressive Democrat party is our natural enemy and they understand that and attack us accordingly.

The big government RINO socialist/progressive wing of the Republican party is also our natural enemy and they attack us accordingly. They fear us, but they NEED us. They despise us, spit on us, call us right-wing extremists and hateful bigots, but beg us for our votes. They EXPECT us to bend over in the end and willingly accept their BIG GOVERNMENT candidates and programs without any real opposition.

Oh, they may try to sugar coat it a bit, and placate us here and there with some smooth talk, and toss us a bone from time-to-time with conservative head feints, but it's clear they have no intention of ever changing their evil progressive ways.

The progressive wing of the GOP does not really comprehend that the TEA party rebellion is aimed squarely at THEM!!

They believe that we have nowhere else to go and that fear of an Obama second term will compel us to vote for a Republican version of BIG GOVERNMENT, big spending, big taxing, constitution ignoring progressive liar of a candidate.

Got news for them.

The TEA party rebellion is made up of tens of millions of liberty-loving, patriotic citizens who are totally fed up with corrupt, lying, two-faced, smooth-talking, big government socialists, corrupt crony capitalist bastard, progressives, Marxists, etc, and it makes no difference to us which party they belong to. And we're madder than hell and loaded for bear!!

This is OPEN REBELLION at the ballot box!!

TEA party hating elite establishment, Romney, Rove & Co., had best get used to it. Your any RINO but Obama gig is up!!

The TEA party is here to stay and we're NOT going to vote for your big government, TARP pushing, PORKULUS pushing, RomneyCare pushing, gun-grabbing, abortionist, gay-rights pushing, global warming advocating, mandate-loving, anti-Reagan, anti-liberty, socialist/progressive, flavor of the day RINO, the chief architect and advocate of ObamaCare, Mitt Romney!!

FUMR!! FUGOP!!

TEA partiers unite against Obama/Romney!!

The progressive GOP be damned!!

Long live the Republic!!

I guess “complimentary noise” is an answer you can live with.

RomneyCare and Romney’s flip-flops don’t seem to bother Cain enough to say he wouldn’t run with him on a ticket. You say he was just being “nice” early in the season. He did not extend the same courtesy to Perry.

I’ll be the first to admit that Perry has flaws, but using Reagan’s criteria - I’m 80% good with Gov. Perry. I think he is the best qualified person in the race. He is in a unique position to have insight into our illegal problem. We all know that the federal government has tied the state’s hands when it comes to them being able to deport illegals - and that the states are mandated to provide them with an education and medical care. Perry has asked for Obama’s assistance and has gotten none.

He mis-spoke when he said people that don’t understand why Texas did what it did about in-state college tuition don’t have a heart. He apologized for saying it the way he did. But he didn’t back down on his position, or say that he was “joking”. The same with the Guardisil issue.

The problem when you’ve served three terms as Governor is that you will inevitably pi$$ someone off. He has a record that can be examined, the good and bad can be evaluated and weighed against each other. He’s had to make some unpopular and difficult decisions over the years - much like the President of the United States has to do.

I would feel a lot more secure with the calm leadership that Perry has shown in the Whitehouse...than I would with Mr. Cain - someone who has no governance experience working in the public sector. Someone who does have a record of saying things that, when pinned down - claims they didn’t mean what they said - that it was a “joke”. He says the right things - but talk is cheap.

I really wanted to support Herman Cain, but time after time - his words and behaviour have set off alarms in my head. I have questions about him. His 999 plan is bold - but close scrutiny shows many problems with it. It is a start on the conversation about a huge problem, and for that he deserves praise.

Perry hasn’t unveiled his economic plan yet - I think he is supposed to on October 25th. I think his energy plan is terrific. I’ve heard that Steve Forbes is advising Perry on his economic plan. It sounds to me that Perry has pretty good instincts about where to go to get good, sound advice.

I have a real problem discerning why Cain doesn’t have a big problem with Romney - but does seem to have one with Perry. I think he should explain himself.

That’s gonna leave a mark!

Of course, we (TEA Party people) left a mark in 2010. And we’re going to leave a bigger one in 2012.

GET TO WORK PEOPLE!

And intelligently open those checkbooks.

I totally understand that why you wouldn’t want romney, but to my way of thinking a vote to sit home will bring us another 4 years of obama and I don’t think this nation can handle that, i truely believe that this nation will start to crumble.

I would NEVER sit at home and not vote! I will work my fingers to the bone to see to it that at the very least, we can get a Republican-controlled Senate and House - so that if they do foist a RINO on us & Obama wins another term - he won't be able to accomplish much. On the other hand, Congress would pretty much go along with a RINO president and more harm will ensue.

It's hard to think about - but we have got to stop the GOP establishment from pulling this every freakin' election cycle.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Romney is no Reagan.

I don't think he is. Neither was McCain. Both men are preferable to Obama IMO

Romney is not the one!! No Romney on my watch!!

I hate to burst your bubble but history says Romney will be the GOP nominee. Conservatives couldn't stop McCain. They failed to unite behind one candidate before Super Tuesday. Christian conservatives voted for the Huckster. Foreign policy conservatives took Rudy. Devout moralists voted for Mitt, and Fred Thompson got the economic conservatives. Change the names to Cain, Perry and Bachman. Change FUJM to FUMR and its deja vu all over again.

I'd like to think the Tea Party could be a game changer. However the Tea Party had some stunning failures in CT NY and NV. Clearly we can count on the TP spoiling some safe statewide and district GOP seats, but it is too early to count on their influence in a national election.

Letting the 2 parties make policy without our influence may sound principled to you, but to me winning is actually more important. I live in the real world with kids and a mortgage. I compromise my principles every time I obey an unconstitutional mandatory seat belt law rather than accept a $50 ticket...or pay my taxes to Obama so he can destroy the country faster. If I had the power to influence the election, I wouldn't advertise my intention to let Obama win the general election if Romney gets the nomination. I will not sit out 2012 knowing that Obama or Romney will be President for the next 4 years.

If Romney wins he may believe he owes little to conservatives or the Tea Party that said FUMR and FUGOP.

Way to go Mr Robinson!! 2 nights in a row. No better way to let some on here know where we stand.
It’s somewhat amazing that since your posting last night I have seen a major upswing in the same people moving around and attacking anything Cain.
I think you definitely poked the hornets nest, and you’ve caused them to come out and expose themselves!
Bravo Sir!

What do you call 63 House seats last November? "A modest pickup?"

You're nuts.

I like Cain being in the race. He exposes the absurdity of the Dem & Leftist race baiters. Now they are calling Cain “the perfect racist” > http://bit.ly/nApRCM

Ludicrous argument.

" Review the responses. I will not go into detail especially with someone who, like the commy media in this country, is looking for a ‘gotchya’ moment. You do what you have to do and vote for someone who has simmering resentment. I don’t care. Really, when this nation collapses, I’ll be one of those who will be surviving; in spite of the stupidity of voters. "

I could hardly see anything in a black man talking about his past and in the days where whites and blacks were socially separated. opps I forgot, he ONLY said that because he is being accused for not marching in the civil rights movement.

Perhaps ? the actual question that should have been asked of him was ?
Why didn't you march in the civil rights movement ?

A chip on his sholder ?

Anyone who has accomplished many of the things he has accomplished in his life time does not seem to be someone who has a " Chip on his shoulder ", for ? it's only those who envy him and what he has accomplish are the one's who " have a chip on their shoulder " .

The blacks I see who have " a chip on their shoulder " are the ones who blame anyone and every for their own self made problems and want a hand out from everyone.

I don't see Herman Cain going to a Black Theology church for 20 years and being spoon feed hate whitey sermons every Sunday.

I have not heard of yet of any remarks by Herman Cain that would show me of his hatred of whites or blaming whites for his problems.

It's seems those who have a " chip on their shoulders " are the ones who envy what Herman Cain has accomplished in his life.

May we ask of you ? in whom do you support ? Romney ?

My small business simply can’t afford four more years of obamas communism.

If Romney is the nominee and loses in a nail biter because the purists stayed home, I will blame them every much as I do Obama for the Obamageddon facing us if he gets a second term.

I would trust the son of sam, madoff, BTK killer, oj, Scott Peterson, the hillside strangler, or the menendez bros over obama if it came down to that.

Here’s one huge concern “I” have with Governor Perry and again, it’s in his own words:

He has said he’s not good in debates.

So, how is he going to win the all important debates with THE WON, with several millions of voters watching?

Is practice going to make him a little better? Much better? Good enough?

Sorry, he’s not shown anything but dismal yet.

One slip up or another poor choice of words, like “You don’t have a heart” and the election would be over, Rover.
