Wow. Erik Erikson having complete mental breakdown, consumed with obsessive hatred of Sarah Palin
Hill Buzz ^ | October 1, 2011 | Kevin DuJan

Posted on 10/01/2011 4:41:00 PM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Folks — check out what’s going on at Redstate.com today.

Please keep screengrabbing the site throughout the day and send the JPEGs to us at HillBuzz@gmail.com. I’m not on a computer that can screengrab right now, and I want to preserve the insanity at Redstate.com for posterity. Every hour, Redstate takes a punch at Palin supporters and I don’t want it disappeared down the memory hole.

Erik Erikson, Redstate’s Editor in Chief, has an obsessive hatred of Governor Sarah Palin.  Erikson has become, essentially, the new mouthpiece of the Cocktail Party GOP establishment — what Governor Palin calls “the permanent political class” — and is truly obsessed with beating the drum that the Governor cannot enter the presidential race for 2012.

Meanwhile…Erikson and his fellow sexists at Redstate make no similar remarks about Chris Christie, Donald Trump, or other males who are currently strategizing on the sidelines awaiting the best opportunity to make political moves of their own.

Governor Palin has a plan.  She’s had a plan for at least three years now.  2012 is her best chance at winning the presidency and she well knows it.  Everything she’s done has been to run the most unconventional campaign in American political history because she knows she’s up against not just the Left, the media, the Obama White House, and villains like George Soros…but she’s up against the Cocktail Party GOP establishment and guys like Erik Erikson as well.

She will not play by their rules or adhere to their timetables.  She will do things her way, AND SHE WILL WIN.

In 2008, Chris Matthews, Tim Russert, and Keith Olbermann teamed up to demoralize and berate Hillary Clinton’s supporters in the Democrat primaries to push Obama towards the presidency.

In 2011, Erik Erikson has either been assigned, or has presumed, this role in the 2012 Republican primaries…but this time the woman that’s targeted is Governor Sarah Palin and the objective is to demoralize and berate HER supporters.

I wonder if Erikson drives a red, flashy sports car. Traditionally, that’s how guys with small penises compensate; though, in Erikson’s case, he does have Redstate at his disposal, so chest-thumping like he’s doing today, in an aggressive and repetitive assault on Governor Palin’s supporters, must be how this man asserts “No, really, I have an at least average sized penis.  Really.  Don’t believe anything you’ve heard or assume anything from the way I behave myself.  Really.  It’s not microscopic at all, and it’s almost fully functioning”.

For some reason, I’m not surprised that a guy like Erik Erikson in the Cocktail Party GOP establishment sports a shriveled up Vienna sausage and feels the need to compensate for it in the most childish way imaginable.

Whatever respect I had left for Redstate since Erikson took his gig at CNN is now forever gone.

Every hour on the hour he’s, very brattily, excoriating Governor Palin’s supporters shouting “She’s not declared yet!”.

I have news for Erik “baby dick” Erikson:  Governor Palin will indeed declare her candidacy, precisely on the day Governor Palin chooses to.

It will more likely than not be after the October 18th GOP debate…since every debate men like Rick Perry lose more steam and the Governor benefits from not being the sole center of attention she knows she will be the moment she declares.

The Governor learned volumes from what men like Erikson did to Hillary Clinton and her supporters in the 2008 race. She is not repeating any of Hillary’s mistakes, and is stalking the GOP race like the master huntress she is.

Erikson is beclowning himself today and having quite a tantrum. His shortcomings are bared for all to clearly see.

Can someone please document it, so we can all call him out on this sometime after October 18th and show what an abject fool he’s made of himself today?

Please screengrab Redstate’s homepage from top to bottom so we get a complete record of today’s beclownment.

I was just sitting her thinking, "I need to go get and see Undefeated" I actually didn't go see it, because I don't need any more convincing about my Support for Sarah, she earned that back in 2008.

I will go get a copy on the 4th too! Lol.

All I can say is

Go SARAH, GO!!!!!

Blucher!

My points are as valid as you sycophants who won’t face reality.

In fact they are more valid, since mine are based in fact.

“OOH OOH STOP FD2003! WE CAN’T STAND HAVING FACTS AND REALITY SHOVELED INTO OUR FACE!! WE PREFER OUR FANTASYLAND!!”

When did FR have so many children join?

I check my Tweeter once a month or every two months, I’ll remove them from it and the blogroll of my abandoned blog, “Tyranny Sentinel” too.

I hope you’re right about Americans finally figuring out the media when their heads collectively explode, though you think they would have figured it out during (and after) the 2008 campaign.

The American media dropped all pretense of objectivity and journalistic integrity in their quest to get Obama elected. Most on the right saw it, and now even some on the left have realized that our media has no credibility.

How is she gaming her base? I’m a supporter and I don’t feel gamed. She told me she will find the right candidate to support and if she can’t, she will run herself and will give a decision by end of September or October. Its her detractors that are frustrated

Why would Todd otherwise grant a very rare interview?

Is Todd a Plaintiff in the McGinniss lawsuit?

That's the only other topic I'd see him being newsworthy on: but even then, not to talk to Bannon. Cheers!

Doesn’t anyone have a sense of humor anymore? Erickson is goofing on Palin zealots. He’ s hardly being viscious.

I’ve always been willing to take Palin at her word. She says she’s thinking about it, but hasn’t decided, or is pretty sure, but hasn’t decided when to announce. Either way, the lady is telling us the truth.

Christie, and little Jebby, and now the Huckster have all either denied they’re thinking about it or categorically stated they’re not running. All three of them are lying through their teeth, and will enter at the drop of a hat if they see an opening.

So Sarah Palin is honest with us, and is being pilloried by Erick the Red and numerous other pundits for teasing us, when all she does is appear on one show after another to face the inevitable question from the host about whether or not she’s running, and gets dumped on by giving an honest answer. The others lie through their teeth and get a pass. Erick will probably do handstands when Jebbie announces, and we know Coulter will have an orgasm when Christie gets in.

I’m willing to wait. If Palin gets in, she’s my pick. If not, I’ve plenty of time to ponder which one of the also-rans will get my vote. We’re ginning up this presidential race business way, way too early these days anyway.

>>I didn’t misapply it. I made better use of it than you did.<<

Cain is a candidate. He has declared.

The Gov. Paling fringe hopes to change reality by clapping and hoping they can, by force of their wishes, make her a candidate, even after the chance to bee a viable one has passed.

Whether Mr. Cain succeeds or fails on on him and his campaign. Gov. Palin’s supporters need clapping.

Too bad you don’t understand the analogy and I had to spell it out for you.

But not surprising.

The obsession with Palin as some sort of super savior who plays chess and can do no wrong sounds like the lefts early obsession wit Obama. Stop worshipping idols when she enters then we can evaluate her versus the others. She will be a high choice no doubt but get a grip of yourselves folks.

You don't have to be bothered with the Palin threads.

What difference does it make to you whether she does or doesn't declare?

Unless you have a chosen candidate and fear that her entry would ruin his/her chances.

In which case, your candidate is not the optimal choice anyway.

...you sycophants who won’t face reality.

I see. So, your purpose here is to cure us of our reality deprivation? You don't seem to be very good at it. We're all still here, and discussing Palin's imminent entry into the race, just like usual.

Freedumb, you're some sort of troll. I'm not sure which. There's just no way that someone who thinks as little of Palin as you do, spends so much time and energy attacking her and her supporters on an internet forum, unless they're:

A) being paid to do so, or
B) off their nut, and fit for a straight jacket.

There's no doubt in my mind that you're one or the other. Troll.

Cain is my choice right now and was from the beginning. Thought he didn’t have a shot was looking at Perry and now I’m thrilled that Cain has gotten momentum. For me I prefer Cain,Palin,Perry either one is fine but goodness the obsession with Palin is like worshipping idols.

Exactly! No way is Sarah Palin up there playing chess. She’s just another confused and pissed off fool like us Freepers. She has no idea what her next move is. If the major candidates implode she’ll jump in. Short of this she’ll remain on the sidelines philosophizing and sniping via Facebook

I don’t think it’s hesitancy, although the press is doing their darnedest to make it seem that way. I think it’s strategy. But others think it’s hesitancy because that’s the way it’s always been in “politics as usual”. Looking at her history, however, shows a political career much different than the status quo. Her history suggests hesitation is not part of her character, in or out of politics. But we’ll have to see what happens.

And your opinion is worth exactly....

Zero.

The fact you don’t grasp the underlying point of the damage you and yours are doing says all that anyone needs to know.

I am the vanguard of the backlash. And one of the few that dares speak against The Cabal.

You would be amazed at how many PMs I get from people who are too afraid to speak on these threads. People who agree with me 100% AND understand why I post. Your attempt to suppress the Speech of the Unwashed is all but complete.

But I have made my point and these silly tirades from you and yours are just not worth the bother — from here on out I leave these to you and your echo chamber. But I will be front and center, popcorn at the ready and laughter on my lips...
