Perry looked like a doofus, his immigration answers are demeaning.
Romney is a liberal used car sales man.
The others aren't gaining any traction.

You do realize of course that palin() constantly aligns herself with the unions and brags on her own and her family's long union history.
Just look at her Wisconsin speech...the first thing she did was throw an "I'm one of you" bone to the brothers and sisters, and promise that deals with unions must be kept.
Yup. She made him look like the fool he is. And this while she had to play second fiddle to McLame. Imagine what she can do without that ball and chain. Woo Hoo.
The “Palin or nothing” crowd is completely oblivious to many of the things she has said in the past:
Cap on CO2
Amnesty for some illegals if they sign a form
etc etc
Mom...not to worry....read below.
Mrs. Palin remains mostly quiet ..she is waiting....she (and only she) knows her battle plan....she (and only she) knows her timing.....she is learning....studying the opposition....guarding the "cubs"....waiting quietly with an occasional "roar".....reconnoitering the challengers and enemies from within and without.....studying weaknesses....building and conserving her own strength....endlessly practicing....reading...honing her skills.....waiting.....waiting
This war has not yet begun. What has been seen of the other candidates to date has been nothing but minor and irrelevant skirmishing. Empty trivial debates....candidates in...candidates out....candidates winning....candidates losing.....candidates saying silly things.....candidates saying cogent, insightful things.....candidates being personally attacked by the msm (including fox) and the largely irrelevant, faux intelligencia (rove, krauthammer, morris, olberman, matthews, etc).....candidates being dismissed by the msm ..candidates attacking one another instead of concentrating on the real issues and enemy.
It is a very, very long way yet to November, 2012. There is no need to rush. Keeping her own council Mrs. Palin smiles knowingly, and trusting in the loyalty of her supporters, remembers the words of Napolean, "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake." and General Patton, "Our basic plan of operation is to advance and to keep on advancing regardless of whether we have to go over, under, or through the enemy. We are going to go through him like crap through a goose; like shit through a tin horn!"
When she arrives, you can count on total war. She has learned how to fight. She has been through this before .all the way to election day. She does not spin; she attacks, all the time .constantly; she does not back away from principles; she means exactly what she says...and says exactly what she means. She has built and continues to add to her base of support because of who and what she is....not because of who or what she panders to.
Patience.....patience....
Wait for it!
And keep the faith....
For example...the long term debt in Wasilla (pop <6,000 at the time) was $1.2 million when she took office --- it was $23 million when she left.
And, she instituted a sales tax on everything including food and most medicine.
And, she royally botched a simple $260k land deal that ended up costing the little town over $2 million by the time the dust settled.
An honest assessment of her "executive" experience would be the kiss of death and they know it.
A link to the source would help support your claim.
If it was true, I think someone would have published the facts a long time ago.
wtc911 is a chronic PDS’er. His nonsense has been kicked down numerous times with facts and links, but he just keeps posting the same ol’ trash hoping that it will stick at some point.
Hear Hear!
One must understand that poor old wtc is indeed a "closet" Palin hater..... a poor but persistant spinner of "facts", ....and probably a member of DU to boot.
Most FReepers simply ignore his posts....or get a good laugh from them.
You, of course, may choose to either ignore (the most popular option) or get a good belly laugh my particular choice) from them as you see fit.
One thing to remember...wtc is virtually irrelevant and should be treated as such.
I disagree, I think Sarah is smart sitting out this early stage of the process. All the candidates are doing now is introducing themselves to the primary voters. We already know Sarah, she needs no introduction. And as Newt has repeatedly pointed out, the media is just playing "got ya" with these early debates. Sarah is too smart to play their (media) game with the dice loaded in their (media) favor.
If Sarah wants in, she has time to get in.

If you prefer not to dig through years and years of spreadsheets then simply search - palin wasilla long term debt.As for the real estate deal, it is common knowledge that palin screwed up the purchase of the land for the ice-rink then allocated city funds to build roads and services out to the site (which the town did not own). Her team failed to close the deal and a developer bought the parcel. Wasilla had to take him to court. They lost and then took the land anyway by exercising emminant domain. The extra costs in legal fees, penalty payments to the developer and on the land itself cost the tiny town over $2 million extra.
Again, search - wasilla ice rink palin imminent domain - and you will find plenty of sources. Some will be agenda-driven but others will simply stick to the facts.
I pointed you in the direction of the facts and facts are apolitical. Do your own homework and decide for yourself. If you reach a different conclusion then so be it, but at least it will be your own informed opinion.
I'd settle for a Top Shot competition :)
IT was just a couple weeks ago everyone couldnt wait for Rick Perry to get into the race. Now you think Sarah Palin can be the saviour? Give me an example of what message she would bring that you haven’t heard already and that would cut through all the noise
The problem, as I see it, is that not one of these candidates understand the totality of the crisis this country is facing. Not one of them fit the “tea party” mold. Should any one of them get elected, they’ll end up as tools of the GOP establishment elite, more go along to get along crap. It’s not that they are bad people, they just don’t know any better. On top of that, the tea party movement will suffer because we won’t have a leader in the White House, which we sorely need to effectively restore sanity to our government.
On the other hand, Sarah Palin does understand what we face as a nation. She has a resume that precedes the tea party so she is THE tea party candidate. As we need many new “tea party” members in the House, Senate and governorships, Palin will be quite effective in rallying the troops.
Palin has been out front on every major issue in opposition to Obama for past two years. The other candidates could have been out there, too, but they weren’t. They were “playing it safe” as typical politicians usually do.
We face a serious crisis that calls for radical thinking. The old, inside the beltway, you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours system has failed BIG TIME! It has to end! Palin, along with all of us, can do that. It’ll take a team effort, folks, but it’ll take right person in the White House to lead the way.
We need our ducks in a row next October, not this October. There's time. As for the Republican "machinery", I consider them nearly as destructive to our country as Obama's been. Obama didn't invent "bad government", he merely highlighted it. We need radical change in the way politics works, including the Republican party. Crony capitalism exists in both parties.
Thanks, I am holding out hope for either Palin or Paul Ryan.
Don't have to imagine. She had a debate with Joe Biden you could search online. Did pretty good work IIRC.
“if 0bama wins, you are just as responsible as the people who directly vote for him”
Nice try, guilt merchant. The blame lies with the GOP for running crap candidates.
The whole ‘women are too jealous of Palin to vote for her’ line that Rush has pushed is very, very unfortunate. If someone’s worried about a lack of female support, they should look at the poll numbers for Perry or Gingrich sometime.
Mitt polls a little better for women, but he’s unlikely to energize very many women or men to actually go out and vote for him.
Palin was the leader in 2010, and more GOP women were elected, with more women backing GOP candidates than perhaps any other election in history.
