Fairly positive and fair. Not much in the way of new information...but a couple of great quotes.

The elites are scared. They know their power is eroding, and will do everything they can to cling onto their wealth and influence at the expense of society as a whole. Get ready, because they’re going to try and destroy the country before they are willing to give it up.

I like Palin a lot. FWIW she would be my first choice to be POTUS.
That being said, it worries me that she is so hated by the left and the MSM and that she could really engergise their base.
Also I cringe at the liklihood of the MSM trashing her to the point that it destroys her personally.
I have mixed feelings for sure.

From the end of that Newsweek article:
...Moreover, Palin plainly thrives within that very tight circle she has drawn around herself, with Todd at its center, acting as gatekeeper and principal adviser. A campaigneven one as defiant of conformity as Palins would likely bewould require expanding that circle to include political professionals of uncertain loyalty. And it would mean opening the door to news organizations with which she has been openly feuding for the last couple of years.
Or not.
The mainstream press is becoming less and less relevant, she said, adding that she would have no hesitation in shunning media outlets she does not trust.

Sarah said that her family would have to be on board for her to run. Todd has already said that the family has been ‘tested’ and Bristol said she'd like to see her Mom run. I'd guess that Track and Willow would be for it. Piper? Only if she'd be allowed to stiff-arm a few more reporters and run interference.

But before we began, she and Todd, both working their omnipresent BlackBerrys, conducted a bit of urgent family business.
SARAH: I have to answer Piper real quick. She is not going to get her hair cut. What is she thinking?
TODD: No, shes not.
SARAH: You need to tell her that, shell obey you
You told her no, Todd? OK, Im puttin mine away.

Those flowers you see before her in the picture are “Fireweed” and have great meaning to many Alaskans, and it is not by accident they appear in so many photos with Sarah Palin. The fireweed is a plant of many uses, from medicinal, to a food source. When we lived in AK, the Wife and many others made fresh salads and cooked the tender leaves in the spring. From the flowers all kinds of jams, jellies, syrups and fireweed honey are made. Forgive me while I brag, but when we lived in AK, the Wife made the best fireweed honey ever.
