Who is Harrison J. Bounel? This is an alias name also connected to obama’s social security number.
In fact the initial 3 digits indicate the zip coded area that begins with those same digits. I don’t know what they do now that such areas can have originated more than a million SSNs since the beginning of Social Security in some cases. Adding more digits to the SSN will be an upheaval like unto the Y2K panic.
