(CNN) The White House released President Obamas original birth certificate Wednesday.
The surprise release follows recent and sustained remarks by businessman Donald Trump, among others, that raised doubts as to whether the president was born in the United States.
Wow, you should start a separate thread on this topic alone.
PLEASE...don’t post anything from World NUT Daily!!
You answered your own question. In theory, the numbers should be assigned in order of birth, but who knows what went on in the office, how the forms were stacked and sorted (or mis-sorted) before being stamped with the file number. I don't see this as an issue, unless you expect absolute perfection out of a government office in 1961 (or any time for that matter).
What is the font on the certificate?
Immaterial.
That document, real or fake, doesn’t change the fact that Obama Sr. was NOT a US citizen and thus Hussein cannot be a natural born citizen eligible to run for president.
Exactly. That's what I've been saying. Quote from post 551: If Obama was adopted by Soetoro, there would be a Delayed Birth Registration due to a Legal Change of Status.
Chapter 8, Section B-5B states, "The existing certificate and the evidence upon which the new certificate was based shall be sealed and placed in a special file. Such file shall not be subject to inspection except upon order of a court of competent jurisdiction or by the director of health".
I had to smack my own knuckles with a freaking ruler to make myself do it. It was the only place to see all of the actual images at once.
Pay no attention to actual details of the article as it’s likely WND somehow screwed up the facts.
The way with date stamps are very different on the two b.c.s!!!
Missed it ... tuned in late.
Oh stop..you want us to all look like clowns and idiots??? Stop...for heaven’s sakes
On that score, and this is probably nothing, I noticed the "certification" has a typo: "I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF TXE RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH."
"THE" is mispelled as "TXE." Only truly odd thing I see so far. And again, probably nothing...
According to the (liberal) Huffington Post, Barry Obama was Barry Obama till +/- 1980.

Why then does his birth certificate say his name is “Barack Obama”?
I understand that when you are adopted, that your birth certificate is altered to reflect the name of your adoptive parents. Is this also the case if you change your name? Or is this “long form” fradulent?
Just a hunch, but those numbers probably have more to do with the order the certificates were processed at the registrar than the dates of birth. Looks like they got processed on the same day, so that’s not really a big deal. I think.
Sorry, champ. Africa is not a country either. It’s a continent.
An explanation for “African” as race is at post #250.

What a great campaign ad idea.
A comment from sdrobert: "The white halo around the black lines and and letters show that everything was extracted with Photoshop from another document and put over a green patterned background. A close up shows the letters to be very jagged which tells us that this is not an original typed form but very doctored. Why? The letters should be smooth around the edges. Look at a closeup of any real document."
The BC#’s weren’t pre-printed, but they were numbered sequentially from the time the HDOH office got them, which was on the “date filed”. So there is a discrepancy because Obama’s was supposedly filed (given a number) 3 days before the Nordykes but was given a later number than theirs.
lol
Oh, for crying out loud, does that mean I’m not a “natural-born citizen,” as my Dad didn’t become a citizen until about a year AFTER I was born, even though I was born in the First State to ratify the Constitution and to a mother whose lineage goes back to some of the original Quaker settlers of the area?
