Miki Booth has just reported via telephone to The Post & Email that a man born and currently residing in Hawaii went to the Department of Health this morning and requested a copy of his long-form birth certificate. He was refused, told that it was no longer available and that all he could obtain is the short-form document.
The man had obtained his short-form “Certificate of Live Birth” several weeks ago and reported to Miki that the request form had had two different boxes which could be checked: one indicating that the short-form was being requested and the other that the long-form was desired.
Today, the man reported that the form has been changed such that that choice is no longer available.
Therefore, when Dr. Chiyome Fukino spoke with MSNBC on Monday morning, she apparently was not lying when she said that long-form birth certificates are no longer available.
But why was that change made? Who ordered the change in policy? Was it made because Donald Trump has demanded that Obama release his original, detailed birth certificate to support his claim of a Hawaii birth?
The witness who accompanied the gentleman has a daughter who obtained a copy of her long-form birth certificate last month. The document was provided to Miki Booth, who supplied it to The Post & Email here.

Cover-up.
You know, I recently had to present my birth certificate to the License Bureau to receive my driver’s license. I took along the one that looks like the first (which is the one the hospital sent home with me after birth and my father kept lo these many years). They wouldn’t accept it because the embossed seal was worn down from years (no comments from the Peanut Gallery, thank you) in the file folder.
I had to go and pay $15 for one that looks like the second birth certificate and they accepted that. How bizarre. I could take them the hospital birth certificate, my baptism records, my confirmation records — you name it, I got it, but no...o...o. They wanted the one like Obama’s. Go figure.

Regardless whether the long forms are available NOW or not, last week Dr. Fukino claimed that she had SEEN AND INSPECTED Ozero’s in a bound volume containing long forms from past births......TWICE! So let’s HAVE a look!
They can shred docs and erase files all day long, and if confronted and proven to have done so, it will be too late to prove that Odumbo was ever in-eligible to be Pres, because the evidence is now gone. They would only then be charged with destruction of evidence, obstruction, spoliation (when charged), etc. So, definitely in this instance, there is no downside to destroying the records, files, etc., as becoming possible evidence.
Name of doctor, time of birth, parents occupations, whether this is a first or second, etc birth. How many luve births have thiere been, how many stillborn, name of hospital.

Maybe so - but then the courts will just rule that the Plaintiff in that case has no STANDING! They will stop at NOTHING to foster the cover-up!!!
There is no way in hell Hawaii is going to back down on providing Obama's long form birth certificate and officials there are clearly up to their state arses in attempting to prevent it from EVER happening!
Roadblock, impediment, obstacle, curb, restriction, limitation, setback, difficulty, snag, hitch, hurdle, stumbling block, fly in the ointment, (monkey) wrench in the works, glitch, hindrance, drawback, deterrent, complication, problem.
Yes that is what I was thinking.While they may have thought this a good idea to hide something the reprecussions were not well thought out.
I’m not a fan of Trump’s; so I hope he is only making a Presidential run just to smoke out that birth certificate. But I also know that Trump loves attention and that may be about all he’s going to get or really wants. Once he has his (yet another) 15 minutes of fame, he may well fade into the background again and just do his Apprentice series.
