They can shred docs and erase files all day long, and if confronted and proven to have done so, it will be too late to prove that Odumbo was ever in-eligible to be Pres, because the evidence is now gone. They would only then be charged with destruction of evidence, obstruction, spoliation (when charged), etc. So, definitely in this instance, there is no downside to destroying the records, files, etc., as becoming possible evidence.
Thats a good point, however, it is harder to erase those emails than you might think. I am not gonna say much about that. I don’t want to give anyone any ideas...
