The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

If this had happened 4 years ago and Obama's name was changed to Bush in this article...you can bet Article 2, Section 4 would be enacted to impeach GW by the media, Liberals and all Democrats. And, rightfully so. But this hellion of a prez gets away with it. Disgusting.

I just saw a photo of 0bomb0 when he made his speech the other night, and it looks like his handlers grayed up his hair again.

Probably to make it look like he's working hard, and the job is wearing on him.

Look for his hair to lose that gray as soon as he gets back on the golf course.
