This is from Barry Ritholtz's blog:
Heres what I learned recently: Someone I spoke with claimed that Ailes was scheduled to speak at their event in March, but canceled. It appears that Rogers people, ostensibly using a clause in his contract, said he cannot appear for legal reasons.
I asked What, precisely, does that mean?
The response: Roger Ailes will be indicted probably this week, maybe even Monday.
You read it here first . . .

If so, did Ms. Regan tell Mr. Ailes that their conversation was being recorded?
No. Apparently it is not illegal to record telephone conversations in New York State as long as one of the parties to the conversation knows it is being recorded.
After Tom Delay and Terry Lakin nobody should be surprised that purely political prosecutions and imprisonments are taking place here. We are officially a banana republic.
Even Zero and his affirmative-action AG aren't that stupid.
It will happen. The guy that posted it on his blog is an investment guru who has too much to lose if his credibility is
hurt. The case will go nowhere, but charges will be brought. Watch.
Screw that. If you are innocent, stand your ground and FIGHT.
Yeah, but we got no bananas
That’s what makes us right. We play by the rules. They don’t. And the public will see that. Just like what’s going on in Wisconsin.
This all about politics, not law. They’re losing so they need to do anything to discredit their enemies.
And FoxNews is their #1 enemy.
Suborning perjury?
They’re doing it for their base: the wacky left-wing loonies that hate FOX.
Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Yes, but if someone is accused of a crime, that’s usually enough to make them step aside until the charges are proven/disproved thereby demonstrating to the public that they “take the charges seriously”.
In larger organizations, they suspend people who are accused of crimes and in many cases actually terminate them before the case even goes to trial if the charges are severe enough (example: teachers accused of something really bad)
You don't win by playing by the Enemies rules.
