I'm right there with you. My three boys are grown, youngest is 20, and so I'm most worried about unborn grandchildren. But even then who knows what marxist nightmare awaits young men under the age of 45 in this country if things continue in the direction they are going?
Freedom disappears fast. I pray we can get these evil people out of power before anything really bad - even worse than 0bamacare - gets passed.
He hires people who, apparently, have the job of bursting his bubble and dragging him back to reality. That, it seems to me is the main job of his radio sidekicks—to the extent he lets them do the job, that is.
The pseudo-documentary on Beck’s own Insider Extreme of a Brian Sack-hosted parody retrospective of a 2012-2020 Glenn Beck Presidency is pretty darn funny, and very directly skewers Beck on the megalomania issue.
And, the fact that Beck is still talking to people like Billy Graham indicates to me that he’s still questioning and seeking answers. This is never, ever a bad thing—until you stop questioning and start assuming you know all the answers.
Beck is an acquired taste, to be sure. But he’s been uncannily right over the past couple of years about how the world has come to this point. Which is why, back when the Beck boycotts were really getting started, I decided to drop the coin on an Insider Extreme subscription.
It would certainly be nice if someone else, somewhere else in the major media would start picking up on at least some of what he says and really seriously began looking into it, and reporting the results (preferably without the crying and shouting).
That would be a positive development.

There are enough threads archived here to prove that statement beyond any reasonable doubt...who is to say Glenn won't have a change of heart some day..?

What you say is true because Glenn is an odd duck, maybe a genius, whose mind I think races, but who has spent his adult life time picking himself up and brushing himself off, but he is intellectually curious and is just now able to be thrilled by learning. He beats the teacher titled nitwits claiming the mantle of learning in Wisconsin, nine ways and Sunday.
I used to watch his TV program. I found out about the 9/12/09 March on Washington from him. That’s what got me to go. Then he suddenly decided he wasn’t going to be there. He must have gotten word of the thousands that were coming and was afraid there might be violence or something. It was the most wonderful crowd of people I have ever been honored to be a part of. He should have been there. Then he changed his message to some sort of religious/spiritual calling and held another march this past September. Now I just occasionally tune in when there is nothing interesting on talk radio.
He wouldn’t be taking all this flak if he wasn’t right over the target...kind of like Sarah...Satan and his minions have opened the floodgates.
Yeah, but is he crying, or ranting or getting on his knees, or telling us to never, ever get physical in our patriotism, or what? Give us the details!

Wow - I’m stunned by the number of seemingly fragile people who apparently become ‘unspooled’ themselves when they hear Beck. Yeah, he’s a bit too dramatic and emotional at times - but I really can’t seem to ‘get the vapors’ over it.

Aaron Klein, Frank Gaffney, Andrew McCarthy, David Horowitz, John Bathchelor, and others have done so as well, but Beck has the huge audiences.
I would prefer he kept his personal religious beliefs to himself. If people want to be Mormons, its a free country. Mormonism is not mainstream Christianity, & Beck doesn’t make that clear. Better he said nothing at all.
