OMG! This commie usurper is laying the groundwork for the Islamo-fascist takeover of the Middle East. There is no doubt in my mind that Israel will be fighting for its life in the near future. And the West will be on bowed knee for its liquid gold in a form of national blackmail. I suspect such blackmail will include nuclear availability on par with Israel. Once Israel is out of the picture, they will come for the West.

Zer0 should be warning the Egyptian people about the dangers of mob rule and promoting the democratic process as the best way to solve their problems. A coup d’état born out of anarchy no road to success. Our president should be promoting the best way out of Egypt’s crisis. And he should have known in advance what was going to happen in Egypt so that the Muslim Brotherhood did not wrestle control away from the democratic will of the Egyptian people.

Just finished watching the Super Bowl softball O'reilly interview, and the Obamunist would NOT condemn Muslim Brotherhood. No surprise there, of course. Like the Shah (Mohammed Reza Pahlavi), Mubarak is a moderate dictator, which is exactly what the Middle East needs to keep the Muslim populace in control.

For example, didn't the Iranian populace scream for freedom and democracy in 1979? Yet they allowed the hardline (Sharia) mullahs to steal control like dictators from the democratic process. As it has been stated many times, the Muslim world will NEVER adopt freedom and democracy; a moderate dictator who is friendly to the Western world is the best we can ever hope for.

Yeah, how true! They would’ve been scolding and lecturing about what a globalist he was, he wasn’t a ‘real’ conservative, “he insulted me when he said..”, blah, blah, blah,.. His wife and kids are for gay marriage so he must be for that too...

He never cared about the borders, he was for amnesty to illegals, he paved the way for Obama, he’s too nice to the Clintons, he didn’t do what I wanted him to do, whaaaa...

Hardly any positives, just negatives with these people.. To be fair, there are some who were mixed bag. However with many Bush-bashers, (not all)they make up stuff or distort what is already out there. That’s what’s maddening!

At last! Thanks for posting this! I’ve been amazed at the hyperbole going on the last week about Mubarak. “He should leave NOW! Nothing else will appease the protesters except Mubaraks departure!” It’s as if Obama,Hilary Clinton and some other dim wits think Egypt is one of our territories.

Hosni Mubarak has held Egypt together for over thirty years. His methods may not be all sweetness and light but he served Egypt and obviously loves his country. AND, unlike Barrack Hussein Obama, Mubarak HONORED HIS ALLIANCES!

Hosni Mubarak is an Egyptian. How dare Obama and Hilary be so arrogant as to demand he leave the country of his birth! He has already said he will not run again and has stated the reason he has to stay until September so their constitution can be lawfully changed. He has also said that he is an Egyptian and that he will die on Egyptian soil. I believe him. Frankly, dictator or not, I think he has more honesty and love of his country in him than our President does.

Can we expect Obama to pack up Moosechelle and the kids and leave the United States when we vote him out of office?

Obama is looking forward to forming a new government in Egypt with his Muslim brothers. I suppose we are going to give him the benefit of the doubt once again while he takes America even further into the abyss.

Two years of Obama and his “strange bedfellows” has brought us to the edge of the cliff. I don’t doubt that two more will send us over.

The protesters that are yelling in the street can’t name anyone they want to speak for them. If it is left to them, the country will desintigrate, just what the Muslim Brotherhood wants.

I’m beginning to think I’d like to see Mubarak win a little more time. I’d like to see him air his views on our own “Dear Leader” and his ability to uphold his end of a bargain.

There is no negotiating with the lying Muslim’s period. The Left lies when they claim there are “moderate Muslims”. A typical Leftist diversionary tactic actually. There is no middle ground with Islam.

Do unto Muslims before they do unto you.

You open up a good question: Why does the Muslim religion have a cultural antagonism to Capitalism and Democracy?

I have my own theories, but here is one observation I will make now: This antipathy to Capitalism and Democracy puts nations ruled by Muslim theocracies at a disadvantage economically. In order to reduce that disadvantage, very unsavory methods, including blackmail and terrorist activity, are employed to limit their competitors. It is the savage against the scientific/technologic world. The West moved away from this thinking when it discovered that putting men to death for promoting a heliocentric universe served no useful purpose.

Yeah, the best money can buy. That $70 billion we gave Egypt over the years? Apparently Mubarak stole it all.

I wish Dick had been president instead of The Compassionate conservative liberal that we got!!!

Bush was liberal in so many ways that it's fitting to call him one.

We bought him with huge sums. It is disgusting how much money we have poured into Egypt

Off of which he raked a fortune that makes his one of the wealthiest families in the world.

Certainly you are not referring to the military aid, as that aid was in the form of FMF funding.

For the benefit of those not aware, though I am sure you are aware, FMF funding for FMS was money we granted to the Egyptians to purchase military items.

The FMF funding is/was held in the federal bank in Denver, to be administered by the US Government.

The selection process for military gear to Egypt is/was run by the US Government in accordance with the FARs and DFARs. The Egyptians do not make the selection. The US Government does. The Egyptians submit an LOR (an official request for the type of kit they wish) and the US Government does the rest, from running the competition to selecting the winner, to making payments to exercising direct oversight on the program/purchase.

The money we grant them is in the US bank in Denver—the Egyptian never touch it.

The money in the bank in Denver would be paid by the US Government to the US business that has the contract with the US Government to make and deliver US military gear to Egypt. The Egyptians never see a dime of it.

Basically, not a dime of the FMF funds for FMS went to Mubarak, as it never left the states.

Can't say about ESF, as those are administered by the State Department.

IN total agreement — just one thing that we need to remember: we are funding our own death by a thousand cuts destruction through our dhimmi taxes to OPEC.

Cheney does not get that..or worse—does and doesn’t care.

“...This is a Blood War with a Death Cult ...”

Equally applicable to the moslems AND the libs.

Both want this country and our way of life to cease.

Mine too. In fact I’ve got a nephew in Egypt right now, and you should hear him whoop and holler about the freedom movement, and the need for Mubarak to go.

About all you can do is shake your head.
