Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

Because he can’t.
The President has presented himself as Barack H. Obama. He served as Senator under that name. He ran for president and won under that identity. Keep something in mind, here, the information (if true)that he was adopted by Soetoro did NOT come from Obama. His biographies do not say that, best as I recollect. This is something that has been uncovered by the “birthers” such as it were. We’re waiting for confirmation of that fact. I suspect Abercrombie has learned it himself. This makes perfect sense, once you think about it: Abercrombie has indeed found a birth record (that could be Hawaii, Kenya, Boston, or Tulsa) that mentions Barack Obama. But he cannot locate a birth certificate reflecting that name, if Obama was later adopted, since that is the name reflected on the updated birth certificate.
What someone needs to ask the good Governor is if he has a Hawaiian BC under the name of Barry Soetoro. Then you have the Gov in the crosshairs.
That’s pretty much what I’m trying to say as well.
That would require a free, independent press. Which is why I'm holding out for divine intervention.
I think his communist linkages have been well documented.
He continues to demonstrate them overtly and covertly on a daily basis.

What name was Obongo registered under at the Punahou school? This would be the name he entered college with and used in college. My understanding is he was nicknamed “Barry” but was registered there as Barack Obama
Once Obama explained his exotic name he got from an African father and that he grew up in Indonesia.... This would help him get in college and get affirmative action scholarships. What Obongo is hiding is how much he benefited from affirmative action. That he didn’t make it on his own brain power. Now, if this theory is true..it is a provable, straight up forgery, which is a felony.
This is making a huge assumption.
This is saying that he was originally called ‘Barack’, then he got adopted and became ‘Barry’ for awhile.
Then he chose to call himself ‘Barack’ again (for some reason), so even though legally he was now ‘Barry’, he chose to tell everyone his name was ‘Barack’.
What would be the point of all this? It seems so absurd. And what’s the big deal? Just tell everyone that’s your legal name and move on. If he was born here that’s the real issue.
Now if his signature on the healthcare bill is ‘Barack’ and that’s not legal, that’s a different story. . . . .
But I’m not buying this idea.
You might very well have your original, I’m sure.
The question might lie in which state you’re in (they have their own rules) and if you have the original BEFORE they changed the records post-adoption.
IOW, see what you get if you head to the office and ask for your birth certificate NOW. They may not be the same.
Hence, the rub.
Several freepers have mentioned that different states have different laws about this --- and apparently there's even an article at eHow.com on how to get your original BC if you were born in Texas and later adopted.
Meanwhile, all the identity documents he is currently using amount to fraud if he ever uses them in court or to obtain services.

So his name was changed to Soetoro and his ORIGINAL COLB sealed...right?
The original exist but can only be unsealed by court order...right?
So, if Obama petitioned a judge to release his original COLB, it would say Barack Obama....Whats the problem
as long as it says that he was born in Hawaii?
