You might very well have your original, I’m sure.

The question might lie in which state you’re in (they have their own rules) and if you have the original BEFORE they changed the records post-adoption.

IOW, see what you get if you head to the office and ask for your birth certificate NOW. They may not be the same.

Hence, the rub.

Exactly right. When Zero did that in 2007, the stamped piece of paper (really just a glorified database printout) read Barack Hussein Obama, not Barry Soetoro.

Also, consider that Lolo Soetoro, like BHO, Sr. was a Mooselimb. Why, then, would have changed his adopted kid's first name? If he were adopted, his name should have been changed to Barack Hussein Soetoro (or maybe Lolo Soetoro, Jr.), not Barry Soetoro.
