Yesterday, two airline pilots filed a federal suit alleging that airport scanners and aggressive pat-down procedures constitute unreasonable searches in violation of the Fourth Amendment.

Actually, Sean said that the x-ray scanners and the groping goes too far, but he himself doesn’t mind going through the scanners. I wonder how he feels about his small children being seen nude by the TSA pervs?
Yesterday, Sean had a guest on his show....John “Touch my Junk and I’ll Have you Arrested” Tyner. Mr. Tyner, a 31-year old computer programmer from Oceanside, Calif., refused to participate in this crap at Lindbergh Field in San Diego. Sean asked Mr. Tyner, “Are you married?” Tyner said yes. “I’m assuming your wife has seen you naked?,” Sean quipped. If Sean Hannity doesn’t understand the difference of being seen unclothed by your spouse or doctor and being forced to show your naked body by an agent of the U.S. government in order to freely travel around your own country, then he is off the liberty and freedom reservation.
And why does Sean still have Karl Rove as a guest from time to time on his radio show? Rove betrayed conservatives.

For me its not the nude pic or grope. Its the unreasonable search which won’t work anyway since the device cannot see devices inside someones body.
What everyone seems to be missing on the talk shows and everywhere is that this is a gross violation of the 4th Amendment protection against search and seizure WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE!! How can a child or a Nunn be suspected? THERE IS NO PROBABLE CAUSE.!!! If you are an Arab male 15 to 65 THERE is probable cause because Arab males blew up our buildings!!! Stop this crap. OPT OUT NOVEMBER 24!!
Yes, our Founding Fathers never intended for us to be lorded over by corrupt criminals in the White House and Congress. To the contrary, our Founding Fathers intended for We the People to have control over our Government and our politicians.
That is one of the primary reasons that they bestowed upon us the Bill of Rights which provided for the Grand Jury System controlled by the people not the politicians.
In our Founding Fathers’ prescient wisdom, they designed a Grand Jury System in which no man, not even the President of the United States, is above the Law.

Sean Hannity is a intellectual lightweight and clearly a Big Government Republican. We call those RINOs around here. Hannity is off my listening list.

I’d have to read the transcript to believe it.
The State does this by standing on the word ‘unreasonable’. The courts have held that as long as you don’t profile or discriminate, no search in the name of ‘public safety’ is ‘unreasonable’. The rest of the Fourth Amendment is ingloriously ignored. That is how the State gets away with it.
Is it time for the consent of the governed to be withdrawn?
I wonder if perverts will start applying for TSA jobs just so they can grope passengers and crew.

I strongly suspect ...
I remember a couple of movies in the 90’s where the bomb was inside the person.
In one movie they drank some liquid that would combine with the body to create a bomb that detonated at a predictable time.
In another, the bomb was sewn directly into the person and the timer would go off at some preset time.
So it is not out of the realm it could happen.
We should do what the Israelis do and detect behavior cues, known intelligence on certain individuals and plain ole profiling.
I believe this all plays into the government’s plan to destroy the airline industry.
I’ve been waiting for Greyhound and charter bus companies to start running ads about how easy it is to ride the bus. Same with rental cars and “business travel” specials.
Honestly for shorter trips, avoiding the hassle at the airport is worth the extra couple of hours on the road.
For cross country there isn’t much of alternative to flying, but short trips plenty.
Sean must know he takes a dump every time Kraven Rove on.
I turn the channel to anything but Fox when I hear his voice.
