How can a child or a Nunn be suspected? THERE IS NO PROBABLE CAUSE.!!! If you are an Arab male 15 to 65 THERE is probable cause because Arab males blew up our buildings!!! Stop this crap. The State does this by standing on the word ‘unreasonable’. The courts have held that as long as you don’t profile or discriminate, no search in the name of ‘public safety’ is ‘unreasonable’. The rest of the Fourth Amendment is ingloriously ignored. That is how the State gets away with it.
