Leaders of the United States Patriots Union have told WND the officer's arguments need to go beyond the quest for the president's original birth certificate because that would reveal only some of the evidence needed.
"A birth certificate would only prove one of two things – 1) Barack Hussein Obama (Sr) is his bloodline birth father and Barack Jr. was thereby a 'dual citizen' rather than natural born citizen at birth. In this case, Obama fails constitutional requirements," a statement prepared by the organization said.
Or, in the second case, "Barack Hussein Obama (Sr) is NOT his stated birth father on the birth records, in which case Obama has committed the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people."
"A birth certificate cannot solve Barack Hussein Obama's problem, unless and until an unconstitutional precedent can be set in court that 'natural-born' – 'native-born' and 'naturalized' are all one in the same. We know that they are not the same things, and why the Founders limited eligibility for the office of president to only 'natural-born' citizens. Anything less creates a very real national security crisis," the organization stated.
The statement was provided to WND by spokesman J.B. Williams, who explained the union and Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely helped introduce Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin to a new attorney, Lt. Col. Neal Puckett.
He reported the union also is putting together an "A Team" of expert legal counselors to support Puckett and Lakin.
Exactly what strategic changes, if any, will be made in Lakin's case are yet to be revealed. Lakin's position has been to maintain that there are enough legitimate questions about Obama's eligibility to support his conclusion that orders under Obama's chain of command could be illegal and he would, therefore, be required to disobey them.

Obama Bill Ayers will [ghost] write a new book that could be titled "How I CONned the World!" It likely would be a worldwide best seller. Obama and Moochel's new job would be to boss around the hired Indonesian house help while they sit back.

The courts will be have to take judicial notice of this document, but the question is , will they act to enforce the comstitution?

What court has even heard the evidence and given an answer? There is no pretending that we haven’t been given an answer; it is a fact.

President Obama issued orders to send about 30,000 additional American troops to Afghanistan as he prepared to address the nation Tuesday night to explain what may be one of the most defining decisions of his presidency.

As I recall, Ltc Lakin’s deployment was to be part of this surge. This order emanated, as we all know, from the CIC.... after months and months of documented, outrageous dawdling, which hurt our brave troops immeasurably.
The fact that that the order naturally went down thru the chain of command doesn’t change the source .. or does it, in your mind?
Nope. Lakin is not charged with disobeying Obama's orders but the orders of his brigade commander and two other superior officers. The orders were for him to report to the office of his brigade commander and for duty in North Carolina, not Afghanistan. If Obama was unmasked and removed tomorrow that would not change the charges Lakin is facing in the slightest.
There should be plenty of people pushing after the Dims lose Congress. 2011 will be a very interesting year for Obama and FR trolls.

All these "facts" have been repeated and repeated and repeated and tweaked and modified and repeated ...... until 90% of it is pure speculation or complete fabrication. Haven't you noticed that here, and at DU/KOS, people can't even quote a simple CNN headline correctly on the same day it happened? How can we expect the eligibility stew, that has simmered on the rumor stove for 3 years, to be anything but inedible.
Sorry, but as much as I would love to see the guy thrown in the clink till the end of time, the data has been too severely tainted by rabid speculation, creative nonsense and the sheer incompetence of those living in a dreamland of wishful thinking.
