You can contort the facts and common sense plain language all you want, but the Framer's Intent was clear to most of us: two U.S. Citizen Parents (Father and Mother; not Mother and Lover) at time of Birth=Natural Born U.S. Citizen.

Seems pretty clear to most who understand the roots of this Republic.

Assuming you're comparing U.S. soldiers to Nazis, then it doesn't take a genius to figure out what the oven is for and refuse to obey an illegal order in support of a criminal act.

But getting back to reality for a moment, what is illegal about an order to report to your brigade commander's office? Are you honestly trying to convince us that it's analogous to and order to commit genocide?

Standing on principle is something few men would dare stand when their career is on the line. It is an easy route to mock the man, and wish him ill behind a curtain of smug arrogance and contempt.

If Lakin honestly felt he could not serve under Obama then the principled stand would be to resign his commission. I'm not mocking the man. But I'm not going to have any sympathy for him either.

The “researcher” at P&E said she saw the marriage index page showing BHO and SAD’s marriage.

The trouble is that the 1960-64 birth index was different in March than it was in August, so the HDOH can and will either alter those indices or print out a falsified version and show it to the public as if it was genuine.

IOW, we have no idea whether what the HDOH says is true or not. For instance, there is at least one person who is on their birth index that they say they have no birth record for. That, right there, is an admission that either they have destroyed a record, their index can’t be trusted, or they will lie.

So basically we don’t know anything for sure until those HDOH records are investigated and we find out what’s true v what we’ve been told.

They might stand in that they need to be obeyed, but they would not be lawful orders according to the elements of Article 92. A lawful order cannot be contrary to the US Constitution or laws, and an order given by somebody the Constitution forbids to give orders would be “contrary to the Constitution”.

So whether they have to be obeyed or not is a moot point. The elements of Article 92 clearly say that if an order is contrary to the Constitution it is not lawful.

Judge Lind conveniently discussed “lawful orders” without even referring to the elements of Article 92, making up her own descriptions of what constitutes a lawful order instead. Bizarre.
