Sorry, but unless one is born to parents who are citizens, this fails to make anyone a natural born citizen. Also, being 'subject to the jurisdiction' has never been shown to apply to anyone who does not have a permanent domicil and is not a permanent resident, such as Barak Sr. So, you're right. Obama may not even be a 14th amendment citizen.
