Actually, the words that matter are: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Sorry, but unless one is born to parents who are citizens, this fails to make anyone a natural born citizen. Also, being 'subject to the jurisdiction' has never been shown to apply to anyone who does not have a permanent domicil and is not a permanent resident, such as Barak Sr. So, you're right. Obama may not even be a 14th amendment citizen.

The Supreme Court disagreed in WKA. As you would know, if you would read paragraphs instead of partial sentences.

Actually, the only debate in legal circles is if it applies to ILLEGAL ALIENS and not just aliens. I say no, since the meaning required someone to be here in amity - in harmony - with the government. But Barack Obama Sr was living here full time with the permission of the US government. Furthermore, Obama Sr divorced while still in the USA, and Obama’s mother had full custody - and she was an American citizen.

But you go on believing that you alone know the TRUE MEANING of NBC, and all 50 states, all state DAs, all Congressmen, the Supreme Court, etc are just ignorant fools who lack your legal discernment. In your world, you are Supreme, and can rule any way you want. In the world where everyone else lives, the law disagrees with you...
