with the latest news blurbs and commented on
the Lakin case events today, ending with this
gem:
“CNN and others have confirmed that
(p)resident Obama was born in Hawaii”

I’m sick to death of the lamestream. We have the LSM to blame for almost all of the cancer that’s rotting our country today.
“They need to protect themselves, don’t you recall how they were planning to prosecute CIA agents who were doing their jobs?”

“Having worked temporarily in a hostile corporate environment, I have had to require my boss’s signature on something or required him to put his instructions in writing because I was highly uncomfortable with the instructions and I knew that I’d take the blame (and lose my job) if I didn’t get indisputable proof that I was instructed to take specific action.”
I suppose I missed the obvious!
It was the word “forced” that jumped out at me.
What they did was say to Obama (in so many words): If you want US to follow these orders YOU must take full command responsibility — in writing — so as to relieve us of any untoward repercussions, stemming from the carrying out of same.

While I suspect that Obama was born in Hawaii, simply because it is the simplest and most likely of the various scenarios, I would be the first to say that that fact has not been CONFIRMED by anyone. The best report comes from the Governor of Hawaii and she’s only reported on what others have told her.
The lack of evidence does not negate the fact that he was sworn in as President, unfortunately.

You are a coward. By your beliefs, just as Lakin doesn’t have to obey orders, you don’t have to obey tax laws with Obama’s signature - but I notice you are not going on YouTube and telling everyone how you refuse to pay taxes so you can gain ‘standing’ to get Obama’s birth records.
I'd like to see you say that up close and personal. Lakin questioned if his order is lawful that has come from Obama. They're generals who back him up like Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney. Being in the military where lives could be on the line is more substantial than a mere tax statute. "Standing" is a creation of the courts to whittle down their workload and for other reasons to avoid cases in their collective courtrooms. They can adjudicate this case along with others regardless of the 'standing' issue canard if they choose to do so, but they like most humans take the easy way out and "Evade" the issue because they can and because they are balless.
Things don't last forever, and the longer this goes on, which it will until Obama is honestly vetted about his background.
Don't you wish that I was one. If FR took a poll on the eligibility issue, you would find yourself in a very small minority.
Your "prediction" doesn't mean squat. As I was saying you need to look around you. What we see here on FR is that an overwhelming majority who question Obama's Constitutional authority to hold office. And what we see is a very small vocal minority who spam these eligibility threads usually after most have gone on to other threads while you after-Birther play games like If I post on an eligibility thread last I win.

Of course you are right. But just playing devils advocate (if that is what the judge really said - i haven’t seen a transcript) it could be taken two ways.
1. that the truth would be an embarrassment to the congress
2. that a military court questioning the congress could be an embarrassment. (insinuating that they didn’t do their jobs - which they didn’t or this would not be an issue at all)
But think of this. No one wants to touch this with a 10 foot pole. I have stated all along that although I think Obama has something to hide (maybe born elsewhere or more likely to someone else other than who he stated or just unknown)
Something that he woudl be highly embarassed about or that would have disqualified him, it really doesn’t matter at this point.
No one will open this can of worms because of the impact it would have on both parties.
The democrats would be destroyed for supporting a usurper to begin with and the republicans would equally suffer for allowing them to do so. With the polls showing that this congress is so unpopular it could bring about a complete and total distrust of the congress and system of our government.
I doubt that any judge, congressman or senator would allow this to ever be brought to light.
If I am correct in my thinking, the states will make it imposable for Obama to register with his COLB again for 2012. he must realize that and will not allow this to tarnish his “apparent credibility” for the term he will be finishing. He will not allow himself to be placed on the ticket.
I believe firmly that he will leave office suddenly before the elections begin for some unknown reason. I have said this right along, I may be wrong. But I really believe that he won’t allow himself to be found out later that he has been a fraud this whole time.
It is up to us to keep the heat on so that this in fact does happen. If us “birthers” go away we open the door to him to be re-elected in 2012 without any more proof of his eligibility than he has given, which is none.
