Apparently Barack Obama is not content to make a federal case out of his immigration feud with Arizona; he just made it an international one.

“The national report is but the first step of the international governments review process. On November 5, the United States will be examined by a troika of UN bureaucrats from France, Japan, and Cameroon (an oppressive nation which is a member of the Organization of Islamic Conference). This trio will consider three items: Obamas self-flagellating report, reports written about America by UN tribunals or international governing bodies, and testimony from NGOs with a pronounced anti-American bias. It will also consider voluntary pledges and commitments made by the State, such as suspending an Arizona state law.
Then the French, Japanese, and Cameroon diplomats will draw up a plan of action for the United States to implement.”
It’s not on Drudge or Breitbart.

This guy just gets worse everyday. He’s not the president, he’s the enemy of the state.
Time for the states to quit debating with him—time for the states to just say NO.
how do we get it on drudge???
“Its time to impeach this anti-American bass turd.”
Alrighty, you know bass turd is a tnp patent. ;)
Indeed it is, and yes he is a bass turd and more.
doubl post. Excuse me. Very depressed.
I’ve seen some stupid fish, but this Obama is a dumb bass.
We should withdraw from the UN. I’ll take Arizona over the UN any and every day of the week.

The UN always was a system by which to use treaty law to get around the Constitution. The fix was in since before the Constitution was signed.
Ping.
Before I go any further, let me say that just about everything O does makes me want to smack him in the knee with a rusty hammer. (Figuratively speaking. FBI, I have NO PLANS to do anything physical! LOL!)
Now, as to the matter at hand, this seems to be the ‘graph in question:
“A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world. The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined.”
Does the inclusion of this statement actually give the U.N. jurisdiction of some kind? Because it sounds more informational to me, sort of an “OMG, we suck so bad,” as opposed to, “We suck so bad, please come fix us!”
My question, to anyone who understands international law and who has the patience to wade through this report to the U.N.:
Does this report actually give some sort of jurisdiction to the U.N. over the Arizona issue, or is it purely informational to the U.N.?
see post 22...
I’ve informed Drudge via his “Submit” form field. Done.
thank you......
Go Arizona. Go, go.
From reading the story, it seemed to me that Barry was advising the UN that Arizona’a behavior is so foul, they need to investigate and take what action they deem necessary, hence the paragraphs about what actions they can take, and the review every four years, etc. Nothing in the story says what authority they have, but in reality, it is whatever authority we or Barry gives them.
Well, I’m a mix of emotions tonight.....
I was for them when they passed the law....
Then I was against them when they voted McCain...
Then I am for them?? now??? ugh.... hahahah
No, Fantasywriter, he hasn't lost his marbles, or at least any more than he had when he assumed the presidency.
What he's doing is trying to get the UN to assume jurisdiction over Constitutional law, like Ginsburg and Breyer have tried to do.
