Hearing set for soldier in Obama birth certificate case

A court hearing is scheduled for Friday in the case of an Army officer who has refused to deploy to Afghanistan because, in his view, President Barack Obama has not proven that he was born in the United States and is therefore ineligible to be president.

Barrack Obama has refused time and time again to present his original birth certificate and his Occidental, Columbia and Harvard records before a court of law. WHY? What is he hiding? John McCain revealed that he placed near the bottom of his class. Can Obama's records be worse than that?

A document forensics expert spent months examining the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth that was posted on the internet and adamantly claims the document is a fake.

But the Hawaii Department of Health has not confirmed that they issued the document. Why not?

No Hawaii hospital will admit that Obama was born in their facility. Why not?

Fact: It is a simple matter to prove that one is a natural born citizen.

Fact: Obama has gone to considerable effort and spent tax dollars and his own to prevent the release of the common documents that would prove ( or disprove) his natural born status.

Fact: A natural born president would be **HONORED** to promptly prove ( with the **best** evidence) to any soldier or citizen that he was indeed natural born and eligible to be president and Commander in Chief.

Conclusion: That Obama has treated military officers and citizens in the manner that he has, strongly indicates that he is a usurper.

I would imagine that any bill he signed into law, any appointment he made, any treaty he initiated, as well as any expense he incurred would be immediately invalidated.

Nancy Pelosi, Democrat Party leaders and Harry Reid, who signed documents affirming his eligibility would be charged with fraud.

I would imagine that Biden would take over the Presidency. He would probably name Hillary as VP. He might resign afterwards to allow her to be President.

They're pushing a meme. In his video he distinctly states he questions his status as a natural born citizen!

The troubling, but compelling information, that calls into question whether President Obama is a natural born citizen, as our Constitution requires him to be for him to hold the highest office, has gone unanswered because he refuses to release his original birth certificate dating from 1961 and bearing the signature of the doctor who delivered him.

Hawaii says it doesn't issue any sort of “long form” paper document anymore. When you request a birth certificate from Hawaii DOH, they send you the computer printout page that people say is a fake.

Under the full faith and credit clause, if Hawaii says that computer printout is proof of birth within Hawaii, the other States and the Fed have to accept it as proof of birth within Hawaii.

So there is, according to Hawaii DOH, no “long form” to “Free”. And even if someone found a vault copy, or the original (presumably) given at time of birth; half the ‘birthers’ would say it was fake, and the other half would say it doesn't matter because his father wasn't a U.S. citizen. So the release of this document, if an original paper long form still exists somewhere, would do little to quell those who oppose 0bama on NBC grounds.

The fact that his father was not a citizen is a separate question and stands independent of his location of birth.

Until we get the supremes to chime in on the issue of Natural Born Citizen, the question will remain, irrespective of whether or not he was born in Hawaii.

The actions of the congress in passing a resolution to delcare McCain eligible to run for president, is proof that there is a serious issue involved in these allegations against Obama.

The presence of people here who put up hurdles and try to explain away the problem with his qualifications is equally puzzling and disturbing. Nothing short of full disclosure and opening his records to the public, and a ruling on the NBC is satisfactory.

And this so called computer printout does not have the hospital you were born in nor the doctor that delivered you? Having a drivers license, I can tell you this would never be accepted by the Colorado Motor Vehicle Department. Much less the Passport Office or Military, both of which I have been through.

Your statement is pretty deceptive. Hawaii no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates. That doesn't mean they don't exist.

Okubo would not say where Obama's original birth certificate is but said, "We have backups for all of our backups."

I agree that a definitive ruling on just what the Constitution means by “natural born citizen” is needed.

Scalia says that U.S. law entertains only two ways of becoming a citizen, being born a citizen, or being “naturalized” as a citizen. It makes sense to me that the type of U.S. citizenship is inherent in the way you became a citizen, thus the “natural” is somewhat superfluous (other than its reference to natural law) in that someone born a citizen due to ‘natural law’ conferring citizenship and allegiance upon birth, is a natural born citizen.

This was my opinion long before 0bam-bam made the scene, and I have seen nothing in all the discussions of this issue to dissuade me from my belief - but it is just my opinion of the law - I agree with you that we need a SCOTUS ruling on this before it is a settled matter.

But to me it is this simple. IF he was born in Hawaii (i.e. the computer printout form isn't fraudulent) he was a citizen upon birth. Any citizen who is a citizen via the natural act of being born is a “natural born citizen” instead of a “naturalized” citizen.

JMHO. I agree that a SCOTUS ruling is needed. But I think the groundwork is set for them to codify the law as I have laid it out. I very much doubt that there will be additional qualifiers added or recognized from foreign law.
