"When you request a birth certificate from Hawaii DOH, they send you the computer printout page that people say is a fake."
And this so called computer printout does not have the hospital you were born in nor the doctor that delivered you? Having a drivers license, I can tell you this would never be accepted by the Colorado Motor Vehicle Department. Much less the Passport Office or Military, both of which I have been through.

Under the full faith and credit clause of the U.S. Constitution Colorado would be obligated to accept it as proof of birth in Hawaii, if Hawaii says it is poof of birth within Hawaii.

(Income is EARNED not distributed. So how could it be re-distributed?)

Actually, if he just showed up with an out of state drivers license that was still valid that would be good in Colorado.

My original Colorado BC was lost and when I needed a replacement, the one they sent me looked just like Obama's "Factcheck" BC, only the State and the entered information were different.
And, yes, I used this "short form" to get a driver's license, a passport and enlist in the military.
