Explosive new evidence shows ruling of AZ judge illegal

In a stunning development that could potentially send the nation into a Constitutional crisis, an astute attorney who is well-versed in Constitutional law states that the ruling against the state of Arizona by Judge Susan Bolton concerning its new immigration law is illegal.

The attorney in question submitted her assertion in a special article in the Canada Free Press. Her argument states in part,

Well, I think that Congressman Billybob is a pretty good Constitutional scholar and lawyer, and he has already debunked this assertion. But then, I don’t think that Anthony G. Martin gets out of his apartment very much.

I should add that Congressman Billybob also graded her opinion and gave it a solid F. He dismissed the notion that this was a sole jurisdiction case.

“If the usurper tries to run in 2012, EVERY state should have a law on the books to make him PROVE he is a Natural Born Citizen, or even a citizen, for that matter.”


I’m hoping Arizona will try it, and maybe a few other states—just enough to make an electoral difference.

That’s my “hope”.

From the article:

"Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says: "In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction."

In other words, the Judge in the Arizona case has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the matter upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the U.S. Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state.

If I were the Govenor of Arizona; I'd be asking some very pointed questions to her attorney.

14th amendment.

“...No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Nor deny to any person within it’s jurisdiction the EQUAL
protection of the LAWS.

The federal government is trying to force the State of
Arizona to deny the majority of it’s citizens the equal
protection of the law by NOT enforcing federal law on
illegal immigration.

There was another thread on this a couple of days ago, it was shot down because the author left out a pertanaint part of the Constitutional Clause:

Clause 2: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

However, when State VS State lawsuits arise only SCOTUS has the authority to hear it, this Judge combined 7 different suits into one, including, I think these:

california vs arizona immigration law?

May have to post a run, back shortly.....can anyone verify this as the cases included?

If so, the Judges seems to be out of line.

This desecration of our flag was on the main lawn directly in front of the Arizona Capital building on 7-31-2010....All caught on video.

I have heard these illegals and their Mexicans supporters sprayed painted, "Burn this racist city to the ground" and painted a toilet on Old Glory as they walked all over our flag....

I think if just one state forces his hand, his whole web of lies will collapse. I honestly believe that most of congress now suspects that he IS NOT qualified, but are afraid to broach the subject, and afraid of the ramifications.

The judge's decision is wrong, and will be overturned on appeal, but the argument that she has no jurisdiction is just silly.

Its amazing how many L:iberal trolls that see the law as something to be twisted and pulled at whim (Living constitution) by anyone who claims the authority to do so, have been around since 1998.

A Constitutional crisis simply because a lower court may have potentially misapplied the law? If that was the case, then our country would have several Constitutional crises per day.

The fact that this will be reviewed by an appellate court and inevitably by the Supreme Court demonstrates that there is no “Constitutional crisis” at all, and the judicial review process is proceeding as designed.

It’s funny. I’ve seen liberals quote the 14th amendment and try to extrapolate the word “person” to apply to citizens and non-citizens alike (I’m not a legal expert no flaming necessary).

They’ve used it to explain why they believe the Sheriff can’t ask for documentation—even though I was pulled over this winter and forced to show my drivers license, and registration. OMG DOCUMENTATION!! I’VE BEEN REPRESSED!!!

A few years ago I first started to hear people call this illegal immigration as an “invasion”. I had heard some compare it to the barbarians invading Rome. I thought that particular view was a little extreme.

Now I believe it 150%.

I actually heard Rush today make a smart a#! comment about it.

He usually never touches that subject (at least I think). I don’t really listen to him like I used to.

He said today, “They say today is Obama’s birthday, but he’s never really PROVED it yet.”
