A Constitutional crisis simply because a lower court may have potentially misapplied the law? If that was the case, then our country would have several Constitutional crises per day.

The fact that this will be reviewed by an appellate court and inevitably by the Supreme Court demonstrates that there is no “Constitutional crisis” at all, and the judicial review process is proceeding as designed.
