Well said. I've marveled in recent years at the evolution of the racism industry. What's most annoying is the sanctimonious declaration by some that their hearts are pure, while they've regrettably detected flaws in others way of thinking. The presumption of the possession of some great wisdom about race that needs to be imposed on the benighted is nauseating.
It's no coincidence either that the identification of racism in others coincides with the identification of non-PC and non-leftist thought in others.

Everyone is susceptible to THINK as you describe, but "racism" is the rightfully derogatory term for the FAILURE to conciously apprehend those initial thoughts, purposefully impose upon them a forced recognition of the equally created status of all mankind, and act in accordance with that recognition. "Natural inclination" is only excusable in lower life forms having no cognizance of Truth.
Among men, the EXPECTATION is -- correctly -- that individuals, whatever their own internal "gut level" thinking, will inwardly align that "gut level" with The Truth, as manifest in our own Declaration of Independence: "all men are Created equal"; and that having thus intentionally imposed Truth by conscious force of will in correction of any initial, internal error, their outward acts will be entirely uniform across the whole of the human spectrum.
That is true, but I don’t believe that a natural affinity for one’s own kind necessarily means that there is, or rather should be, outright animosity towards those who are different. Being white I would feel most comfortable living in a predom white neighborhood however I wouldn’t NOT give proper information or Christian charity to a person of a different color who lives around me.
