Administration: 51% Of Companies’ Health Plans Won’t Pass Muster

Internal White House documents reveal that 51% of employers may have to relinquish their current health care coverage by 2013 due to ObamaCare. That numbers soars to 66% for small-business employers.
The documents product of a joint project of the Labor Department, the Health and Human Services Department and the IRS examine the effects new regulations would have on existing, or grandfathered, employer-based health care plans.
Draft copies of the documents were reportedly leaked to House Republicans earlier in the week. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., posted them on his Web site Friday afternoon. (View the full report here.)
According to the report, by 2013 51% of all employers 66% of small employers (3-99 employees) and 45% of large employers would have to relinquish current coverage. In a worst-case scenario, 69% of firms would lose their grandfathered status.
This could pose a serious threat to President Obamas claim that if you like your coverage, youd get to keep it.

In large swathes of this country, we are looking at total destruction of the American healthcare infrastructure within a single two year election cycle if this law is implemented with the regulation as being written by the Obama administration.
51% total, but some regions will have 80%+ not make the cut, leaving every healthcare provider in a situation where the ONLY rational economic decision is to close the doors and shutter the services.

Keep in mind any federal version of health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically list regulating health care as an enumerated power granted to Congress! The people are not bound to comply with an unconstitutional act!

Unless there is no recourse but compliance.
There is always recourse. The executive, legislative and judicial branches are not the government! The people are the government! The former three operate only at the consent of the latter. The people have the final say as to how they will be governed.
The founding fathers made it perfectly clear who is in charge in the Declaration of Independence with the passage:"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness".

What you refer to as compliance is actually capitulation to a tyrannical, runaway government who has no intention of abiding by the Constitution. At that point it is incumbent upon the people to defend the Constitution otherwise they will most certainly face death as all their Constitutional freedoms will have been eliminated and they will be at the mercy of those who have none for their only intention is dominance and power.
