Now that "24" has ended, feel free to offer random thoughts here.
That is a very good point.
..and he has to choose a date by giving her a rose after she finishes a singing contest.
and only after he admitted to his biggest fear.......his cell phone battery really does die
...and then he goes rogue...
Way better than the last episode of Lost!
It would be seen as sleazy and slimy, but it would be completely legal and constitutional.
It was a great ending. All the bad guys are dead or going to jail, Chloe is still in charge of CTU, and Jack walks off into the sunset alive. Who could ask for more? Fantastic! This was, hands down, the best season yet.
The end of the final episode of “24” was fitting. Jack Bauer saved the day, came out alive, and is forced to leave the country again. What a great series that reminds us that there are still patriots among us. I can’t wait for the movies!!! Jack Bauer lives!!!
24 is one of my all time favorite shows. I accidentally caught the 1st episode of season 5 and watched the entire season. My wife constantly complained about all the gunfire and fighting until I convinced her to sit and watch a single epidsode with me. She got hooked.
That summer we rented the first 4 seasons and watched them commercial free. Some times we stayed up until 2:00 in the morning because we could not get enough. Two in the morning is not that bad unless you have 3 children under the age of 13.
I believe this season was one of the best. Tonight’s show fit the mold of suspense, violence and high tension.
Sorry to see the season and the show end. I’ll definitely go to the movie.
Me neither never watched a single episode.
Why did they cast Janeane Garofolo last year?
Logan not dead, he will live but with serious brain damage. Hopefully Jack offs him in the movie.
I was disappointed he didn’t shot the Russian.
Does he still carry his man purse while going rogue?
Commit to watching the first two hours of Season 1. You’ll be hooked by hour three.
SnakeDoc
Why not, his aide was just as bad.
Until the VERY end... I kept waiting for Kim to return... i feel let down...
Never saw it.
I agree. 100%. The moral of the story is that you can’t force “peace” with a worthless piece of paper. That’s just politics. IMHO, “peace” has killed more people than all of the wars put together. When did the U.N. ever save any lives? They usually just rape and pillage and then go home.
Have never seen one show.
If you loved The Shield, you definitely need to check out Justified. It’s also on FX. Walter Coggins (Shane from The Shield) is a villain in it and does a great job. Timothy Olyphant (sp?) plays the hero, a U.S. Marshall.
What’s “24”?
Does my random thought need to be in any way related to 24?
As for me, I'm going to have to figure out how to get this season off my DirecTV DVR and burn it to DVD. Granted, much of this season flat out SUCKED with P.C. Jack Bauer, but the last few weeks were classic Jack Bauer.
The ending .... eh, I liked it, better than it otherwise could've been and you know "24 The Movie" is coming.
