There are already a couple of LIVE THREADS covering the overall PA primary election. But I don't see anything out there for the Arkansas, Kentucky and Oregon folks so we are going to post our normal live thread focusing on the Key House Races. In this weeks Primary Elections we see 2 competitive House Races in AR and 9 in PA. Plus there is the Special Election in PA-12 that we have been following. There is nothing looking very competitive to us in OR or KY.

So if you are just interested in how things are going across the board in PA here are the ongoing PA LIVE THREADS"

These numbers are toxic for Burns. Way below what he needs to hold the margin down enough for his areas to make up the difference. I wonder how bad a sign this is for Nov?

Toomey will be either and watching Benedict Arlen hanged by his own rope would be justice.

Pray for America

I’m rooting for Specter, not because I want him to win, but because he’ll be easier to beat in the general.

It’s way too early yet, it’s less than 3% of the precincts.

This district has been Democrat for 38 years. It wasn’t on the GOP hit list. WH will claim it as a big win, but in reality it would be gravy for the Republicans. Just like the Dums claimed NY23 was the real story and ignored VA and NJ - it ended up costing them MA.

If the Dums win this it will help with their complancency for November.

Of course it is far from over.

Can someone explain to me how anyone with half a brain would vote for Specter? Really?

.... You have now entered the ninth circle of hell...traitors to country, traitor to party, traitors to God. You shall now know what it is to truely live like an animal. .....sorry....it just reminded me to the colloque of Maximilion Caty, in “Cape Fear”, as he prepared to debauch the lawyer. DeNiro should have gotten the academy award for his roll in that movie.

Me too. I want Rendell’s fraud machine to bring it home for Arlen so that Sestak’s voters will be so damn mad that some of them will vote AGAINST Arlen in the general.

I want Toomey to beat Specter.

What’s reporting so far seems like Philadelphia precincts and Specter is killing Sestak there. Sestak has a lot of ground to make up in the rest of the state. Philadelphia is as liberal a city as there is and if Sestak can’t at least break even there, then he has an uphill climb.

Don't like the sound of that. Pundits have been spelling doom and gloom for Specter all night citing how Obama and Biden not campaiging this weekend was a sign. Even Randell said turnout was low because of the rain and some sports event, laying the ground work for a possible defeat. I was so hopefully he'd lose but your post makes me worry now. An hour ago I would have said Sestak would be the victor.

"I wonder how bad a sign this is for Nov?"

It means Democrat voters are still Democrat voters, they still expect their free even with Murtha gone. It's pretty scary stuff. It also shows that in November turnout will be important because the freeloaders will show up they don't have much else to do.
