There is no war as far as our president is concerned. There are no Islamic Terrorists, only a few rogue extremists. There is no REAL Jihad. Jihad is simply a "spiritual journey" to Allah, the most merciful. So he says. Islam, to his mind, has contributed so much to the world, after all, since Mohammed's slaughter of the Jews at Medina.
Judging by Obama's actions in the recent weeks and months, he no doubt would have agreed the Jews deserved what they got from the "religion of peace." He continues the onslaught in the name of "social justice" and "human rights"...for them. But not for us, US.
It isn't America that Islam despises, it is the Jews. And all we need do to remedy that is to turn the Jews over for just punishment...and they will love America for it. Peace would reign in the world if only America would stop its support of those wicked Jews in Israel.
Unfortunately, his view is not shared by Al Qaeda. Nor would it be shared by the satanic character of Mohammed who ordered the butchering of innocents to further his mad quest for power.
This is excerpted from the latest Al Qaeda screed from Yahya al-Libi:

All Americans Must Be Killed Even If They Capitulate

Top Al Qaeda leader Abu Yahya Al-Libi is out with a new, and particularly grim, tract comparing America to the Bani Quraidah, a Jewish tribe that once came into conflict with Mohammed, resulting in all the adult males being killed, and the women and children being taken as slaves, according to a mix of hadith and Quranic sources.

The takeaway from this 20-page work is rather specific and quite possibly a signpost to trouble ahead.
Al-Libi is arguing:

1) The harshest punishment is justified for those who ally themselves with the enemies of Islam, even if those people do not commit overt acts against Muslims.

2) That punishment, in the case of the Quraidah, was that all of the adult males were killed and all women and children taken as slaves. Al-Libi goes out of his way to point out that this punishment was meted out after the Quraidah surrendered.

3) The United States meets the same criteria for judgment as the Quraidah.

The expansion of the conflict here is in keeping with Al Qaeda's practices, although I don't recall seeing it stated so bluntly and justified so elaborately before.

Basically, Al-Libi is saying that every adult male American ought to be killed, whether or not they submit to the judgment of Muslims (meaning Al Qaeda, of course,) whether or not they have specifically taken up arms against Muslims, and whether or not they continue to be at war with Muslims.

Or, to use his words, they are to be killed "not just as a punishment for the crime which they have committed in the past" but "to cut off the very substance of their evil." He specifically includes prisoners taken on the battlefield in this category, although he takes pains to say that his point is much broader.

Something not right? Go with your gut. Report it.

HI AD! VERY good to see you here. IMHO the best scenario is KNOWING you have neighbors who will join with you should the need arise. They will be in the same boat as us and survival may well depend upon how unified your line of defense is ultimately.

Those who don't prepare for "the worst possible scenario" will likely end up in Katrina-like shelters. We all know how THAT worked out.

With Al Qaeda orders to attack Americans, it's wise these days to carry personal pepper spray or other method of self-protection if the seemingly impossible happens while you are out and about.

Quran can't be compared with constitution

PAKISTAN Muslim League-Quaid President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that the Holy Quran cannot be compared with the constitution or any other book for that matter, therefore, the debate in this regard should be stopped. According to a press statement issued on Sunday, he said that no Muslim could deny the fact that we all accepted the Holy Quran as the ultimate and optimum code of life and the act of comparing it with any other book or document was an unpardonable sin in itself. He condemned any statement issued in this regard in its totality.

Times Square bomber appears in court

The suspected Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad made his first appearance in court on Tuesday eveningyesterday and was immediately sent back to jail after he was refused bail.

Shahzad, 30, spoke only once during the hearing to confirm the details in a financial form he had filled out to qualify for a publicly funded defence lawyer, while his lawyer requested he be served halal food in prison with halal food.

Shahzad has entered no plea to five charges against him that include attempted use of weapons of mass destruction and attempting acts of terrorism, both of which carry life sentences.

NEW YORK (AP) — After hours of contentious public comment, a New York City community board voted late Tuesday to support a plan to build a mosque and cultural center near ground zero.

“It’s a seed of peace,” board member Rob Townley said. “We believe that this is significant step in the Muslim community to counteract the hate and fanaticism in the minority of the community.”

Saudi King slams intelligence leak

The King of Saudi Arabia has strongly criticized the country’s intelligence officials for disclosing a secret document, which shows Riyadh has links with terrorist activities carried out by al-Qaeda in Iraq.

According to a report by Iraq’s Buratha news agency on Friday, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz ordered a special committee to investigate the intelligence leak and inform him about those liable in the case.

Some 37 members of Saudi’s intelligence service, accused of being behind the leakage of the confidential document, were also reported to have been arrested.

There are some natural barriers (creeks, ridges, etc) that will bar vehicle traffic from the north and west once a small bridge is ‘removed’. ATV access cannot be stopped.

I've worked out plans to flank any assault from north or south of the property. Three large dogs serve as encroachment detectors.

I'm gonna graphically drag the thread a little again. I don't know if this is new; I never noticed it before. There's a push on to recruit/convert, and the push is straight on the net, not necessarily via a mosque or other physical place.

Basically, you can ping these critters and they will call you and lead you through the conversion process.

This is set up on sites in different places in the world, with the same script and the same graphics.

IDF says soldiers were met by well-planned lynch, concealed handguns, knives, bats, metal pipes in Gaza flotilla raid; 5 Navy commandos wounded; Al Jazeera broadcasts footage

International activists aboard the flotilla of ships on their way to the Gaza Strip opened fire on IDF soldiers who boarded the ships to prevent them from breaking the Israeli-imposed sea blockade, the IDF said Monday.

According to the IDF, the international activists “prepared a lynch” for the soldiers who boarded the ships at about 2 a.m. Monday morning after calling on them to stop, or follow them to the Ashdod Port several hours earlier.

According to IDF reports, at least 15 activists were killed during the ensuing clashes and dozens were wounded. Some of the wounded were evacuated to Israeli hospital by Air Force helicopters.Five Navy commandos were also wounded, some of them from gunfire.At least 2 soldiers were seriously wounded.

In international reactions, Turkey, Sweden and Greece summonsed their Israeli ambassadors for discussions on the violence.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas also responded to the clashes, which he called a “slaughter,” according to an AFP report.

Upon boarding the ships, the soldiers encountered fierce resistance from the passengers who were armed with knives, bats and metal pipes. The soldiers used non-lethal measures to disperse the crowd. The activists, according to an IDF report, succeeded in stealing two handguns from soldiers and opened fire, leading to an escalation in violence.

Al Jazeera on Monday broadcasted footage from the Gaza flotilla’s lead vessel, the Mavi Marmara, showing Israeli Navy commandos boarding the ship. Helicopters could also be seen flying overhead.

This entire flotilla was a deliberate provocation. The EU is already condemning Israel.
BBC is off the rails with this. Hysterical reporting at best, outright lies at worst.
