HI AD! VERY good to see you here. IMHO the best scenario is KNOWING you have neighbors who will join with you should the need arise. They will be in the same boat as us and survival may well depend upon how unified your line of defense is ultimately.
Those who don't prepare for "the worst possible scenario" will likely end up in Katrina-like shelters. We all know how THAT worked out.
