Al Sharpton: We’re Ready to Commit Civil Disobedience Over Arizona Immigration Bill

70% of Arizona voters agree with new immigration legislation signed into law on Friday. But, not Al Franken or Barack Obama. And, New York City’s Al Franken says he’s ready to organize protests and commit civil disobedience over the new Arizona immigration law. The New York Post reported, via Free Republic:

The Rev. Al Sharpton says he will challenge Arizona’s new immigration bill in court and on the streets.

Sharpton is joining Lillian Rodriguez Lopez from the Hispanic Federation to announce a legal challenge to the bill. They say activists are also prepared to commit civil disobedience to fight the Arizona immigration bill.

1) This bill wasn’t drafted by a bunch of morons. It will hold legal muster.

2) Obama may try to start a war over this. Arizona won’t back down just because Obama finds a whore judge. He tried with Arpaio, and 4 days later, Arpaio conducted his biggest raid yet ;-) If it’s a war, so be it.

I only hope that the conservative legislators who passed this bill quickly grow spines against the leftist trash that are shrieking so loudly now. Farmers Branch, TX just did. Last week the city council courageously flicked the pesky little racist anarchists off of their noses and voted to press on with an appeal to keep their anti-illegal immigration law in effect. It passed by an overwhelming citizen vote several years ago, but a leftist federal judge at the behest of La Raza and other racist anti-American thug groups found it "unconstitutional" and put an indefinite hold on it, hoping the issue would go away. I couldn't believe my ears when they voted to keep fighting for their commonsense, legal ordinance to make it illegal to rent to or provide city benefits to illegals (felons.) Could this be a trend!!!
