"Good news in Washington DC

April 14, 2010

Judge Lamberth has granted my request for judicial notice of the opinion in Fl, where judge Vinson has stated that as a Doctor of Dental surgery I have a legitimate interest in the subject matter of the Health Bill- this is a good sign.

Judge Lamberth has also denied Obama’s motion to dismiss as moot."

It will drive the Moonbatty Obots even more crazy if it is Taitz who turns out to be the one that gets Obama in court.

I hope so. The Apuzzo case is a real sleeper. This new thing with Laberth is a shocker. He is a honest judge.

Well, my only hope is that some authority in this country views the claims against obama on their merit.

I am for Orly. I want Obama to prove his NBC status, and if he does, then so be it. But if he doesn’t...

Steadfast it is.

So ZERO’s team used the previous judges’ dismissals as their reason why Lamberth should dismiss?

This is pretty incredible with Judge Laberth.

And when Judge Lamberth rules against her you'll be calling him a sell-out too.

Why shouldn't they? It's called 'citing precedent' I believe.

I tell you, I wish I was a federal judge. I’m not afraid of that little soft ball tossing swish. What’s he gonna do, send Manchelle after me?!

I thought Lamberth was the guy who fined her $20K

I doubt it. Lamberth actually did some good things during the Clinton years to stop some of their nonsense. I'm sure he will be branded a right-wing zealot by Obama's minions for this decision.

The founders lost many battles before winning their 1st battle that was the key to winning our freedom and they are the wind at our backs so brace yourself, because history is about to repeat itself!

I remember Lamberth from the Clinton years. He ruled that the administration (Kenneth Bacon and others) had violated the privacy rights of Linda Tripp. Gosh, those problems seem so small compared to the mess we’re in now.

The founders never had to suffer the handicap of Orly Taitz's legal talents. Nothing that Orly has stuck her nose into has ended well for the defendants.

I wrote to Judge Lamberth to thank him for his steadfastness in not allowing the klinton kabal to cowar him duringhillary's fight against the College of American Physicians and Surgeons. She lost. And she and ira the socialist little freak that always clung to her skirt were successfully sued for the full court costs (she had illegally closed all of her health care confabs to the public). I have always wondered if hillary and ira paid that fine back out of their own coffers or if WE, the people, paid for her dirtiness of operation.

At any rate, Judge Lamberth replied to me and I about fell over...he even had his clerk send a copy of the ruling to me. In my heart I always hoped that President Bush would nominate this good man for a Supreme Court position. He sits on the district court in DC.
