Thanks, but that’s not the one I was looking for.

She comes from a communist country, she knows what we could become, so fights harder than one who would not know. IMO, she is learning from her mistakes, and every time, those mistakes are corrected. She is changing public perception in that each new case has LESS to criticize. Her court papers have gotten better and better, and too much is at stake to her, to quit. I admire her grit, and know that this is not a joke to her. She is coming at it from many fronts, as a doctor, she is establishing STANDING on the Health Care front, which allows her to question Obamas qualifications to sign into law the health care bill, she is running for office which will control qualification vetting for 2012, as well as offically questioning anything coming from Washington DC to California. Question her tenacity and determination at your own risk. I think she fully knows what she is doing, and will come at it at every possible tack available to her...again, JMO.

Yes, it's so annoying that the trolls/obots/drones like to tear her down yet none of them have had the balls to stand up & do what she has done. They expect her to be an expert right out of the gate when even their own thug lawyers have made their won mistakes. But don't dare call them out on that.

What part of Judge Lamberth declaring “this case is NOT MOOT” don’t you understand?

Well since he dismissed it today, that part.

Yes, it’s true. Here’s one of the things Judge Lamberth said:

“This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Constitution. See U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”

It’s unbelievable that there are still people out there who are so delusional they actually think the incompetent Orly Taitz could actually win anything in a Court of Law.

There’s a very good reason that every state in the union except for the disaster that is California doesn’t recognize the qualifications of lawyers who graduated from online degree mills like Ms Taitz. California needs to get it’s act together and impose the same restrictions.

Her local paper the OC Counter Register is reporting on her latest in a long line of failures on their blog. They and their readers care so little about her craziness that they don’t even bother reporting her failures as actual news stories in the paper.

“It is at least the fifth time Taitz has had a case thrown out.”

The rejection of her case can be read here:

http://belowthebeltway.com/2010/04/16/another-orly-taitz-birther-case-bites-the-dust/

It isn’t very user friendly, but the decision is readable. The footnote on standing is worth reading.

It may look like a technicality, but until these issues are incorporated, no one’s lawsuit is going to go anywhere.

Thanks for the link. You could see this coming two days ago. Strangely, I kinda feel sorry for the sincere Birfers. You almost want to see them win one just out of simple human kindness.

parsy, who must be losing his mind

What is really going on just in case if you haven't seen what Supreme Court Justice Thomas said.

Justice Thomas: 'The court is 'avoiding' the Natural Born Citizen question.

Thanks for the ping.

Thomas as usual, chuckling got his jab in while being diplomatic. I wouldn't have expected anything less. If the conversion had gone further it could have injured future cases and the messiah’s thugs could use it against him therefore forcing himself to recuse himself from the case.

Yes, it is, and so are other courts, it would seem.

But I came to the conclusion some time ago that we are riding the train of destiny now, and there isn’t going to be any derailing it. We are going to arrive at our destination, one way or the other, and when we get there, I suspect that we are all going to wish that we had boarded a different train.
