Washington, D.C., April 13, 2010. Army doctor Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin yesterday met with his brigade commander, Col. Gordon R. Roberts, who proceeded to read LTC Lakin his Miranda rights, and who informed LTC Lakin he had the “right to remain silent” because LTC Lakin is about to be charged with serious crimes. Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army.
LTC Lakin had previously been ordered in writing to report yesterday to Ft. Campbell, KY and then on to deploy for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. Lakin refused to obey these orders and instead came to work yesterday morning at the Pentagon. Late yesterday afternoon he was confronted by his brigade commander.
Before the meeting was over, LTC Lakin’s Pentagon Access Pass had been revoked, and his laptop computer was set to be confiscated.
The message to LTC Lakin is clear; through official channels, he was informed yesterday that he will shortly be court-martialled for crimes (specifically, missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer) that for others has led to lengthy imprisonment at hard labor.
Lakin has announced in a YouTube video that has now been viewed more than 110,000 times that he considers it his duty to refuse to obey orders that would be illegal if President Obama is ineligible to hold office.
Meanwhile, cries mount for proof of that eligibility, but nothing has been forthcoming. The Obama campaign at one point released a copy of computer-generated abstract of information purportedly in Hawaii's records system, but the source of this information is unclear and need not have been a birth certificate issued contemporaneously and signed by the doctor who attended the birth. Even the document released was only a copy, and the version printed in the Los Angeles Times on June 16, 2008 is on a form only in use since late 2001. Even as it is, the document contains a warning that it is merely “prima facie”--threshold, rebuttable and thus inconclusive --evidence of birth, and the copy the Times printed mysteriously has the certificate number blacked out, thereby rendering the document unusable according to language on the bottom.
Given the seriousness of the offenses with which LTC Lakin is about to be charged, the American Patriot Foundation today renewed its plea for donations to its legal defense fund for LTC Lakin. Details are available at APF's website, www.safeguardourconstitution.com

Your theory might have validity if the campaign website was THE only place Queens listed as the hospital were found.
Trouble is prior to 2009 and the white house letter - every single source on BAM's biography lists Queens,including sister Maya affirming it was Queens.
Obama screwed up and forgot the official story line is what happened. Nothing more and nothing less - he got caught.

I’m an Arminian (no, that doesn’t give me dual citizenship...see http://evangelicalarminians.org/Are_You_an_Arminian_and_Dont_Even_Know_It) who regularly quotes Calvin (http://www.ccel.org/ccel/calvin/commentaries.i.html) in religious discussions. One should look at the truth of a statement rather than rejecting it out of hand because of who made it.

I am on your side, I read the sights. I never saw one spot on the 3 links you gave me where he made the statement that he was born at Queens hospital. I did see where he made the statement that he was born at Kapiolani, and made a written statement as well. I agree that they neither confirm or deny at Kapiolani that he was born there, and there is non-Obama specific evidence everywhere that he was born at Queens. So what???

The problem will be that the Board won’t ask for Obama’s birth certificate, IMHO. They will either rule near the start of the trial that since Obama was certified by Congress, the issue is outside their jurisdiction, or they will simply refuse defense requests to introduce the argument.
From the perspective of a court-martial, it is irrelevant. The Board won’t have authority to determine Obama’s eligibility, and may just say that Obama is not required to defend himself from Lakin.
FWIW, I wish Obama would release any and all records. I also wish SOMEONE would get hold of his transcripts (if they exist), etc.
However, I find most of the birther arguments baseless, and rather quickly took offense at the attacks on my character and goals.
At some point, a perfect record of losses in court ought to give one pause...
Arminian with an I. However, I like to read Calvin’s commentaries. His systematic theology sucks, but his commentaries are much better, and often contradict his doctrine.

Queens was the designated place of birth on the AP, and even way back in 2004 publications before Obama even had a website team. I may be wrong, but I believe its even found in Obama’s book “Dreams of my Father”, and affirmed by his sister Maya. What you are suggesting, a website error, could not possibly cover all those other cases. The offical “hospital” of Obama’s birth was always Queens Medical Center until AFTER 2009 in any source, website or otherwise.

The basis of all these law suits has not been heard, the evidence has not been examined and discovery has never been granted. So, other than stopping every lawsuit on technicalities, what has Obama proven? Nothing.
Secondly, why has he not disclosed his birth certificate?
What is he hiding?

Why does he not listen to his consitituents?

I disagree with you on the validity of some birther points. I do not dislike you or wish you any unhappiness. For my part, I’d LOVE to see all the info on Obama, but I’ll be surprised if I live long enough for anyone to get hold of the paperwork, even if it still exists.
However, I think one can read his books - yes, I did that too - and realize he is in desperate need for psychiatric counseling, at the minimum. He has more problems wound up inside him than almost anyone I’ve met who was free to walk where they choose.
