Washington, D.C., April 13, 2010. Army doctor Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin yesterday met with his brigade commander, Col. Gordon R. Roberts, who proceeded to read LTC Lakin his Miranda rights, and who informed LTC Lakin he had the “right to remain silent” because LTC Lakin is about to be charged with serious crimes. Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army.
LTC Lakin had previously been ordered in writing to report yesterday to Ft. Campbell, KY and then on to deploy for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. Lakin refused to obey these orders and instead came to work yesterday morning at the Pentagon. Late yesterday afternoon he was confronted by his brigade commander.
Before the meeting was over, LTC Lakin’s Pentagon Access Pass had been revoked, and his laptop computer was set to be confiscated.
The message to LTC Lakin is clear; through official channels, he was informed yesterday that he will shortly be court-martialled for crimes (specifically, missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer) that for others has led to lengthy imprisonment at hard labor.
Lakin has announced in a YouTube video that has now been viewed more than 110,000 times that he considers it his duty to refuse to obey orders that would be illegal if President Obama is ineligible to hold office.
Meanwhile, cries mount for proof of that eligibility, but nothing has been forthcoming. The Obama campaign at one point released a copy of computer-generated abstract of information purportedly in Hawaii's records system, but the source of this information is unclear and need not have been a birth certificate issued contemporaneously and signed by the doctor who attended the birth. Even the document released was only a copy, and the version printed in the Los Angeles Times on June 16, 2008 is on a form only in use since late 2001. Even as it is, the document contains a warning that it is merely “prima facie”--threshold, rebuttable and thus inconclusive --evidence of birth, and the copy the Times printed mysteriously has the certificate number blacked out, thereby rendering the document unusable according to language on the bottom.
Given the seriousness of the offenses with which LTC Lakin is about to be charged, the American Patriot Foundation today renewed its plea for donations to its legal defense fund for LTC Lakin. Details are available at APF's website, www.safeguardourconstitution.com

1 - Adoption does not equal new citizenship. For example, I adopted 2 kids while in the Philippines. It ended up taking nearly 5 years for me to get them their citizenship.
2 - If Obama had become an Indonesian citizen, he would not have been allowed back in the USA. You don’t just travel back and forth across borders without paperwork.
They simply assumed he was eligible based on the honour system - they took him at his word.
The Definition of Natural Born Citizen only appears word for word in the English translation of Vattels Law of Nations, and that requires citizen *parents.*

A court martial can’t throw out Obama, but it could expose Obama because to convict Lakin requires that the order he refused to obey be legal.
If Obama is not eligible, the whole chain of command is corrupted.
Lakin is the defendent, not Obama, which reverses the burden of proof.
Thats why the legal tricksters at politjab are now attempting to claim Obama did not originate the order, which is mere dissembling on a par with “it depends what the meaning of *is* is.” You mention JD Hayworth, but Obama's deception was only possible because Mccain had an NBC weakness as well.
1. Indonesian law simply says that adopted children under age 5 automatically becomes citizens once the adoption is approved by the court. Seems pretty straightforward.
2. There’s nothing that would have prevented Obama from entering the U.S. on Indonesia passport. How else would Barak Sr. and Lolo Soetoro enter the country without being U.S. citizens. Helps if you think your argument through.

I went thru the hassles of traveling with kids of Philippine citizenship for several years, bouncing back and forth between the US, Philippines and England. FWIW, the Brits were wonderful - they issued me a special visa allowing my kids to enter and exit the UK an indefinite number of times for 4 years, covering my entire tour there.
I also traveled to the US with my kids using tourist visas...not fun. I had ample experience with the INS to find your theory a bit far fetched.
This story also suggests Obama left Hawaii soon after age 2. He only lived in Hawaii until his folks divorced, it says.
BTW, since Obama’s mama wasn’t old enough to pass on U.S. citizenship to Obama if he was born overseas, she would have been old enough when Maya was born. So in that sense, Maya could be a U.S. citizen at birth, but not her brother. IOW, she has a much better claim of being legally eligible to be president than him.

Well, of course, you have a personal experience which makes you an expert on Obama. Riiiiiiiight.
The whole reason that he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro was so he could attend Indonesian public schools. You have to be indonesian to do that. So he was adopted, and his name was changed to his step-fathers Barry Soetoro. His school records prove this.
I have never said that he legally re-entered the US. In fact, I contend that he is not a US Citizen at all. I contend that he is an illegal alien, just like his aunt. There is no evidence that he had a legal name change BACK to Barak Obama II, and in fact, a classmate at Harvard remembered when he changed from Barry Soetoro to Barak Obama II because it emphasized his ethnicity. There is not proof that he entered the US as a US citizen, but there is circumstantial evidence that he came in as a foreign exchange student with a visa (which is a good reason to seal his records), and traveled in his 20’s to Pakistan with that visa (visa records are sealed as well) The lies are mounting, and its becoming harder every day to hide them all.

I said that DJ MacWoW, and if you have ever ran a website, your responsible for the content, however, if your having help building it, and Obama is no computer whiz, he had people build it for him, its very possible, that incorrect information, or information that he did not want on that site, was published by mistake. It was no doubt corrected at some point.
I have built websites, and helped build big ones. Mistakes are part of the process. He screwed up. You will find more and more mistakes as we all investigate him. Try as he may, mistakes will happen, and info will come to light.

Why doesn't KAPIOLANI have an information packet celebrating the birth of the 44th historic president like the CT hospital where GW Bush was born does???? Just WHERE is that information honoring the doctor who delivered him?? Where is the boyhood home of Obama at (link please) like every other President has so Americans can visit such an historic site???
