Only if he was here as an Indonesian citizen traveling on a tourist visa.

I went thru the hassles of traveling with kids of Philippine citizenship for several years, bouncing back and forth between the US, Philippines and England. FWIW, the Brits were wonderful - they issued me a special visa allowing my kids to enter and exit the UK an indefinite number of times for 4 years, covering my entire tour there.

I also traveled to the US with my kids using tourist visas...not fun. I had ample experience with the INS to find your theory a bit far fetched.

IOW, you're previous statement was wrong.

OK for the sake of argument, I have a Question for you:-

If Obama put up a scan of a 2008 COLB from Hawaii, there should be no problem producing a certified copy of the same COLB document to the court-martial correct?

What is Obama’s problem with that?
