1. Indonesian law simply says that adopted children under age 5 automatically becomes citizens once the adoption is approved by the court. Seems pretty straightforward.

2. There’s nothing that would have prevented Obama from entering the U.S. on Indonesia passport. How else would Barak Sr. and Lolo Soetoro enter the country without being U.S. citizens. Helps if you think your argument through.

Only if he was here as an Indonesian citizen traveling on a tourist visa.

I went thru the hassles of traveling with kids of Philippine citizenship for several years, bouncing back and forth between the US, Philippines and England. FWIW, the Brits were wonderful - they issued me a special visa allowing my kids to enter and exit the UK an indefinite number of times for 4 years, covering my entire tour there.

I also traveled to the US with my kids using tourist visas...not fun. I had ample experience with the INS to find your theory a bit far fetched.
