Washington, D.C., April 13, 2010. Army doctor Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin yesterday met with his brigade commander, Col. Gordon R. Roberts, who proceeded to read LTC Lakin his Miranda rights, and who informed LTC Lakin he had the “right to remain silent” because LTC Lakin is about to be charged with serious crimes. Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army.
LTC Lakin had previously been ordered in writing to report yesterday to Ft. Campbell, KY and then on to deploy for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. Lakin refused to obey these orders and instead came to work yesterday morning at the Pentagon. Late yesterday afternoon he was confronted by his brigade commander.
Before the meeting was over, LTC Lakin’s Pentagon Access Pass had been revoked, and his laptop computer was set to be confiscated.
The message to LTC Lakin is clear; through official channels, he was informed yesterday that he will shortly be court-martialled for crimes (specifically, missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer) that for others has led to lengthy imprisonment at hard labor.
Lakin has announced in a YouTube video that has now been viewed more than 110,000 times that he considers it his duty to refuse to obey orders that would be illegal if President Obama is ineligible to hold office.
Meanwhile, cries mount for proof of that eligibility, but nothing has been forthcoming. The Obama campaign at one point released a copy of computer-generated abstract of information purportedly in Hawaii's records system, but the source of this information is unclear and need not have been a birth certificate issued contemporaneously and signed by the doctor who attended the birth. Even the document released was only a copy, and the version printed in the Los Angeles Times on June 16, 2008 is on a form only in use since late 2001. Even as it is, the document contains a warning that it is merely “prima facie”--threshold, rebuttable and thus inconclusive --evidence of birth, and the copy the Times printed mysteriously has the certificate number blacked out, thereby rendering the document unusable according to language on the bottom.
Given the seriousness of the offenses with which LTC Lakin is about to be charged, the American Patriot Foundation today renewed its plea for donations to its legal defense fund for LTC Lakin. Details are available at APF's website, www.safeguardourconstitution.com
I’ve been following this since before he was elected - frustrating to say the least that these people keep coming on stating prove it when there is so much evidence to disprove their stupid little factcheck birth certificate.
I just want to say prove all our evidence wrong - show us the long form with doctors names, show us his passport that was used to fly all over the country during his college years, show us how the heck he paid for all these prestigious schools, how about transcripts from these schools? Heck, even his kindergarten records are missing and he seems to be the only one that the school lost his records. Everyone else has their records on file. Did a fire break out and only his document got burned?
I do believe that Mr. Rogers is just being paid to disrupt so I’m not even going to address him any longer. I’ve given him multiple documents to show his factcheck bc means squat, but he ignores me completely. Tough to dispute I guess!
Maybe he can have the hut from Kenya moved to Springfield, IL and placed next to Lincoln’s log cabin? ;)

Yep, half of this country is gone. Completely given over to marxism and entitlements. They’ll continue to defend anything and everything so long as that govt check keeps coming in the mail. They don’t give a rip about personal liberty.
Exactly why in my humble opinion, we’re headed towards either Civil War II or Revolution II. REAL Patriots who love this country simply WILL NOT roll over and let Marxists rule, if we don’t get satisfaction at the ballot box, or in the courts, its the bullet box that’s coming next.

I agree with you 100%. Leftists embody all that is evil and they brook no dissent, disagreement, or honest debate. Their goal and their method is nothing other than out and out tyranny.
Check his posting history. 11,000 posts in 12 years is pretty measly for an active freeper. My total from 2002 is about 50,000 but then at times I have been sick and did not much except be on FR. I’ve checked his history a couple of times and could not find any coments about 0bama or eligibity for months. Only trivia of various kinds, pretty much.
And for the record, no more courtesy pings for toady 0bama suckups.
I’m not going to hammer you. I heard some commentator on the radio say it exactly right not too long ago (sorry, my memory fails me on the name of the speaker).
But..he basically was talking about how we’ve already been in a ‘cold’ civil war for the past 40 years at least.
There are 2 factions trying to get control of our goverment:
1) An elitist marxist mentality that wants to re-mold and re-shape our government into a marxist style oligarchy of entitlements and re-distributing the wealth. The more people can be place and herded into these govt entitlements the more they can be controlled. They more the % of controlled Americans grow - the more their power grows.
2) The basic American ideals of freedom, liberty, limited government, free-market growth and individual responsibility this country was founded on.
He went on to discuss the two factions or ideologies simply cannot co-exist. In order to succeed, the first faction must subdue or eliminate the other. And the 2nd faction will fight to the death to preserve what he has always had. So....impass. This speaker suggested that the first avenue of revolt should always be peaceful, i.e., the ballot box and the courts.
But then he said should the 2nd faction realize the ballot box is being usurped, and the courts are no longer giving them redress, then the cold civil war we are already fighting - will become hot. Not if but when. I agree most people don’t want to hear this, they didn’t want to hear it in 1860 either — but it still happened.
There was a 97 or 98 signup that I saw Jim ban. She supported Obama. Just because they signed up back then doesn’t mean their opinions haven’t changed. Or that a family member isn’t using their account. I saw an old account that was being used by a young man that admitted his Dad died and he was using Dad’s. Signup date doesn’t mean anything anymore.
Was that young man DT something or other, recently? If that was it, it was a very unsavory comment.
I just checked (from another Lakin thread) a comment from someone with a 2000 signup date, a usual after-birther type comment.
I checked 6 pp of posting history. Primarily trivia, sort of an arrogant type attitude, nothing standing out as conservative viewpoint. And 6 pp went back to 2002. So not an active conservative freeper at all. And all of a sudden a rabid “after birther” type comment.
Old signup dates can be easily checked for posting history and it usually tells the tale.
Again you are lying, go again to Apuzzo's site and find out about his attachment to the the BNA. I believed that also Leo Donofrio, when he was working with Miss Tickly, showed specific that one time a Kenyan/British citizen that you can NEVER lose that, it's permanent!!!
