It's guts ball time for an Army surgeon who has vowed not to deploy to Afghanistan with his unit unless President Obama provides evidence that he's a "natural born" citizen of the United States.
In response to previously published statements by Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the Army presented an official letter of counseling that directs him to report to Fort Campbell, Ky., on April 12 to begin deployment preparations with his unit.

It would, however, make the document he presented a fraud.
It doesn’t show the race of the child though that I can see.
I think every person that serves in our military is a patriot and a hero Drew, so we don’t need to play your little game tonight.
How dare you call even one of them a ‘fool’.
Sure. And it can also be used to find out if Elvis is really dead and where Jimmy Hoffa is buried. But I doubt that will happen either.
Well, this veteran has a word for those who try to squirm out of upcoming deployments and it sure as hell ain't "patriot."
Would you think he had a case?"
President Bush's win was certified by the US Supreme Court (our highest arbiter of the Constitution), was Mr. Obama's eligibility so adjudicated while I was out?
The doctor is wrong. Or you are planting some disinformatizia. There is no field for "race" on the 1961 Hawaiian Birth Certificate. The Nordyke twins were born just hours after Obama allegedly was, and in the same hospital he alledgedly was, maybe (CoLB doesn't show the hospital name, but the long form does. This is the long form BC of one of them.
Now that's a little hard to read, but here is one from 1963, with the same format and fields, but with the certification information cropped off.
The Nordyke certificate copy was obtained in may of '66, when in preparation for starting kindergarten in the fall of that year. BHO's mother or grandmother would have needed to provide one then as well, since he went to the same school they did. Funny though, his records from that school are "missing".
There is also something "funny" about the sequence number on BHO's COLB (which would be the number on his original BC as well) It's 3 numbers *higher* than the younger of the Nordyke twins, (the older on's BC is shown) yet he was ostensibly born the day before, about 19 hours before in fact). Making that even more unlikely, his certificate was filed Aug 8, '61, while theirs were not filed until August 11th. His should have a considerably lower number, not a slighter higher one.
The question here is the order unlawful by the president? It does not matter whether it is from Bush or Obama? If the answer to that is 'Yes' well in good conscious it should be disobeyed.
Don’t be an ass.
They could do that. However unlike Major Cook's orders, these are not voluntary. To recind them would be an admission that they don't want him to be able to get into a Court of Law, with the right to defend himself, and prove the illegality of his orders (it is up to him to prove though, not for them to prove the orders legal, because it's an "affirmative defenses") in this case a Court Martial.
We are just the half that isn't on the take or heavily medicated, FRiend, the other half **believes**. (suckers!)
Duh Won has already admitted he does not meet the requirements because of dual citizenship.
No..you just don’t want anyone attacking Obama. It has nothing to do with your status as a veteran. Everyone here knows how you troll the threads looking to either defend Obama or rinos and then trash anyone that doesn’t agree with your brand of politics(whatever that is).
Your service to our country is appreciated, but your trolling around looking for trouble is not.
Thanks for your clarification!
“Duh Won has already admitted he does not meet the requirements because of dual citizenship.”
That is incorrect. Factually, The One has admitted his father was a foreign national only.
That this does not meet the definition of NBC is an opinion substantiated nowhere in the Constitution, and therefore not a fact until a court so determines it.
I support the Doc too.
If you spend time digging on Military.com you will find it is very liberal.
Thanks for the info....it figures.
Agreed. The Doctor thinks The Constitution and country are more important than his career. These detractors of the doc probably watch ball games on TV and just want to get along. They have no clue what is going on or they are O shills.
Like an unconstitutional law which once found to be such is null and void from the day it was passed, an ineligible office holder is only de facto. Once declared ineligible, which is the point of the L/C's action, he will never have actually been President. Being sworn is just on requirement. One actually takes office, and if eligible becomes President, by the clock, not the act of taking the oath. The oath could be taken in writing, or be given by most anyone, or by no one (although a witness would be nice). The whole "inauguration" thing is tradition, not Constitutional requirement.
