Why Obama is ineligible – regardless of his birthplace
World Net Daily ^ | April 01, 2010 | Leo C. Donofrio, Esq.

The following discussion assumes President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a United States citizen.

The purpose of this article is to highlight judicial and historical evidence suggesting that a "natural born citizen" must be born in the United States to parents who are citizens. By that definition, Obama is not eligible to be president. Therefore, his presidency and official administrative acts remain subject to being rendered void by the Supreme Court.

Speaking of being silly, did you not see that the state of Hawaii tried to shut down what they called ‘vexatious requesters’ not long after B published her red flags investigation?? These people are feeling the heat and were willing to squash first amendment rights because of their own refusal to honestly deal with the birth records of one person. Think a little bit instead of trying to belittle.

I don't know many lawyers that would agree with your proposition that anchor babies are not constitutionally qualified;

This may be a character defect on your part. Why don't you hang out with more pro-American people?

The issue is a waste of time it seems. Nobody can get it going in a court and it seems there are more people interested in the possibilities of UFOs landing on the White House lawn.

Please look at my blog, at...

I have and, honestly, I'm just not buying that any of the claims you are making are part of any conspiracy. Hawaiian officials have gone on record stating that Obama was born in Hawaii and, as far as I care, I'll take their word.

They were pretty clear that any claim of Obama being born in Hawaii was not supported by the original birth certificate. Why settle for an undocumented claim??

Or maybe it was because people with no right to access BHO’s vital records were continuously bugging them about it and they have other things to do?

They’ve dealt with their records as the law requires them to. And the Republican Attorney General and Republican Governor don’t seem to have too much trouble with how things are being handled.

“They were pretty clear that any claim of Obama being born in Hawaii was not supported by the original birth certificate.”

How do you arrive at that conclusion as their statement referred to Hawaiian vital records?

Do Ann Coulter and Mark Levin strike you as two people who are "scared to death" about anything, let alone someone playing the race card on them? And yet, both think that this birther business is nonsense, and each have said so publicly.

To me, that speaks volumes. To birthers, that just means that they're both "part of the conspiracy".

Apparently so. Say, has Mr. Apuzzo prevailed at trial with any of these challenges?

I didn't think so. Get back to me when he does.

Obama is a public figure. The people do have a right to access these vital records and the state of Hawaii would be doing a public service to get the truth out.

They’ve dealt with their records as the law requires them to.

The law doesn't require them to lie and stonewall.

And the Republican Attorney General and Republican Governor don’t seem to have too much trouble with how things are being handled.

Hawaii's voter population is evidently full of Obamacultists. The AG and Governor appear to be eschewing honesty and transparency in order to avoid political backlash from the cult.

Hawaii’s DOH specifically told Terri that she was denied access to the records. Two different people from the OIP specifically told Terri that she was denied access to the records.

This isn’t a matter of what the DOH didn’t say. It’s a matter of what they DID say. They said Terri wasn’t allowed to see those records.

Deal with it. They said it, several times, when their answer was being contested and put under a microscope.

It just seems to me that you’re saying that even when somebody knows the consequences are high, when they’re asked repeated times, when it is clear that the question is critical.... you’re asking me to believe that it was just an oops that they repeatedly gave the same answer - and it was just an oops that the people who are appointed to correct errors just happened multiple times to agree with the consistently-given answers even as the significance of the issue was impressed upon them.

You’re either being incredibly naive or incredibly disingenuous.

Sure, everybody saw the Twin Towers event - just like lots of people have seen the e-mails the DOH sent out. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t just an “oops” that the plane just accidentally strayed off course a little bit.

If a plane strays off course as an oops it will be steered back on track. Terri gave the DOH and OIP multiple opportunities to steer the plane back on track if what they said was actually an oops. They wouldn’t.

It was no accident of omission. It was a positive statement made multiple times after being asked to clarify several times - and having been checked for accuracy by the watchdog group several times.

If that’s not good enough evidence for you then nothing I could come up with would be good enough for you and dialog with you is a waste of my time.

There's only ONE vital record in Hawaii that verifies place of birth. If the original birth certificate was sufficient, there's no need to mention any other vital record and especially not in the plural. IOW, Obama would have to show something in addition to his birth certificate in order to get a passport going by that statement.

As set out below, lots of the Euro countries confer citizenship by right of birth on descendants of citizens who are citizens of other countries-

Since when???

You’ll believe which of their words? They have given totally contradictory statements. That poses no problem for you?

IF they wanted to get people off their backs they could have..... drum roll..... actually obeyed their law and disclosed the non-certified abbreviated birth certificate for Obama as required by their laws.

Or they could have...... drum roll....... told Terri they had been misunderstood and there really weren’t any records of amendments for them to deny her access to - as they did with other questions they clarified or changed answers to.

Keep believing it was all just a little misunderstanding. The planes flying into the Twin Towers were just a little boo-boo too. Wouldnt’ want to be a conspiracy theorist, ya know.

It means they haven’t looked at the information. What do you think they would get as a score on a basic comprehension test of the material I have on my blog?
