Obama is a public figure. The people do have a right to access these vital records and the state of Hawaii would be doing a public service to get the truth out.

Hawaii's voter population is evidently full of Obamacultists. The AG and Governor appear to be eschewing honesty and transparency in order to avoid political backlash from the cult.
IF they wanted to get people off their backs they could have..... drum roll..... actually obeyed their law and disclosed the non-certified abbreviated birth certificate for Obama as required by their laws.
Or they could have...... drum roll....... told Terri they had been misunderstood and there really weren’t any records of amendments for them to deny her access to - as they did with other questions they clarified or changed answers to.
