You're wasting your time with him/her.
Willful ignorance can't be changed, that's why it called stupid.
You know it's willful ignorance because he/she completely ignores the father and only makes reference to the mother.
Also, as you pointed out, he/she completely redefines NBC to fit their beliefs.

From the Constitution:
“If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law”
The pocket veto only works if Congress adjourns. As long as Congress is in session, the bill automatically becomes law when the President signs it or in 10 days if he doesn’t sign it.

We need to see Barry’s original long form birth certificate, proof that he registered for Selective Service and his college records from Occidental.

The subject makes you look like an idiot and undermines your crediblity in effectively fighting the real issues in front of us. Constitutional eligibiliy IS a "real issue". If you will not demand that one part of the Constitution be obeyed, you have no credibility in demanding that other parts be obeyed.

It DOES NOT MATTER IF YOURE RIGHT!
YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVE IT! Now that is the saddest comment you could make.

According to citizenship law in effect at the time of his birth, she was not old enough to automatically confer citizenship to her son at birth. But it only applies to an outside the country birth. It's not so much she wasn't old enough, but rather she had not lived in the US long enough after her 14th birthday. Same thing almost, but someone could be 25 and still not meet the residency requirement if they had lived overseas most of the time after turning 14.
The requirement also only applies if the US citizen parent is married to an alien. It's much less if both parents are citizens or the mother is not married.

Republicans were compliant because McCain too was ineligible Or they may have thought he might be. In reality, two US parents and born in the armies of the nation, makes him an NBC accordig to Vattel's "Law of Nations", which is the likely source of the two parents/born the country definition of NBC that the founders used. See "Law of Nations", Book I, sections 212 and 217.

The primary question in my mind, at this point, is “Why couldn’t the Clintons dig anything up?”.

If Obamas Mommy had a one night stand with Osama Bin Laden and lil Barry was born, should we let him be President cause he was a citizen? Would the Constitution allow for it? Probably, but not if OBL took her as his 4th wife in some Muslim country.
But of course we really don't know if he was born in Hawaii for certain. We just know that some "birth record" says he was. But those things are easy to file fraudulently, and it was done frequently in the past. Just file as a non-hospital birth, and back then, there were no questions asked.

Accept for the fact that Barracks mother was a US Citizen and no matter where she was on the planet when her water broke, her child was born a US Citizen. Even if that were true, if not born in the US, he'd be a naturalized citizen for Constitutional purposes. This is because he would be a citizen under statutes enacted by Congress. Such have been ruled to be "naturalized" by the Supreme Court, since Congress only has power to make people citizens via naturalization. It's in the Constiutition, article I, section 8.

In the morning light, it appears we are a day late and a dollar short.
Nothing but O’s removal can fix things...
Those who opposed the health care bill are despondent,
Those who wanted it, might want to get ready for the bill they are going to have to personally pay..or the Gestapo...ah...IRS will take it...
Life changes today is a very personal way for his supporters, and detractors alike.

“Supposedly the first person arrested on any bill Obama signs can demand his BC as part of their defense. I think this is another reason why this does not kick in until later.”
This is utter and complete nonsense. Where do you folks get this kind of stuff?
If you are arrested because of a bill, you would have the right to challenge the constitutionality of that bill. If the court says it's constitutional, that's it. You didn't suffer harm and get standing for your unrelated project—you simply broke the law.

The way to kill it is on Constitutional Grounds. Congress has no authority to control health care. The Commerce Clause doesn't give them such power since Health Insurance cannot be bought across state lines. This Bill imposes a Bill of Attainder(1) on every person, and every newborn person, born in the USA. and that is 1000% unconstitutional by itself. That is the same Constitution that says that the POTUS must be a "natural born citizen", isn't it???

Bullshit. My wife gave birth to my son while stationed with me in Europe.
www.uscis.gov/naturalization
Just like John McCain, who was born in Panama, my son did not have to go through the naturalization process - he is a citizen by birth.
BTW:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
That's Article II Section 1, dumbass.
