Washington – As he had indicated on Friday, Rep. Eric Massa (D-Corning) has resigned from the House of Representatives.
Paperwork for Massa’s resignation was filed Friday with the House to take effect Monday, March 8, at 5 p.m.

I have a question. Why did he leave now? Why not wait until the vote. I think I’d be so mad at the WH that I would hang in the until the bill was voted for just to pi## the WH off. But that’s just me...Something is fishy here.

Massa has been excommunicated by Rahm.
If the stories about him hitting on male staff members are true, he was probably given an offer he couldn’t refuse. So he was only too happy to get out of there.....pronto.....which he DID.
Maybe more embarrassing or corrupt accusations by the Obama Administration he is planning on hiding that would make him have to step down anyways...after all he is a Rat.
One vote closer to a Second Civil War. The States and the People will resist this. Every State should openly refuse to comply and the People, if they love freedom, need to vote out the Democrats (including "Blue Dogs") and any RINOs in the Congress. In November, it's Liberalism or the Constitution that survives.

That is the best audio tape of Massa I have heard today and it makes me have respect for him in standing up against the DEM leadership. Tomorrow on Beck and Larry King will be very intersting to say the least!

INVESTIGATE the strong arm tactics of Obama subverting the will of the people by threatening and using extortion methods to force the legislative branch to vote a certain way. Certainly there are tons of felonys that have taken place maybe I lawyer can be specific about potential laws that were broken regarding current testimoney of Rep Massa.
Investigate, Impeach, Imprison

Massa was willing to bow out since he and Rahm despise each other and on his way out he put a good lashing on the ballerina for payback. He sees the writing on the wall and won’t win his district anyway... probably glad to be out of politics at this point is my guess.
