How has it come to be that a “reality show” means it’s phony as hell?
A nice scene would be one of her and Todd arguing about where to plug in the tanning bed.
Will set her up handily to increase her exposure--and power. She'll be able to define herself on her own terms.

If THIS as described above is the nature of the series/mini-series it could be very classy with high production value.
Since I trust Sarah's judgment I think the writer is trying to make this sound like some sleazy tabloid-style weekly crap cake like the ozbournes or bridezilla or brain-dead-blond-floozy-life or something.
Context, writing, visuals and format all make a huge difference. An "Earth" style mini-series done in spectacular HD would be great. And if, for instance, "Alaska" also means something like the James Michener novel, it could have a great storyline, too.
It all depends on the initial vision and the team she can assemble.
I really do not believe she wants to run in 2012. This is a horrible idea if she does.
She is not running for POTUS in 2012 out right or taking the serious challenge needed for a POTUS candidate.
DRUDGE just took down the link to the “Palin pitching Reality Show” this morning, it was just up late last night.....That tells you all you need to know, this false story is unraveling.
Well, this pretty much settles the question of will she run for prez. Good gawd.

You know, I now have to re-evaluate everything. If she is doing this, there is simply no way she is serious about a presidential bid.

This sounds more like a nature documentary show.
My mother was born and raised in Alaska. I’ve been there. It’s a beautiful place.
It might be a pretty good show.
