Glenn Beck tonight: "I contend that most people are libertarian"
02/26/2010

Posted on 02/26/2010 2:51:42 PM PST by Brugmansian

Beck just said he thinks "I contend that most Americans are libertarians because they want that freedom . . ."

So why don't they vote that way Glenn? Why do we have abortion laws? Why aren't drugs legal? Why do voters reject gay marriage? Why do we have laws regulating banks? Why has every proposal to privatize Social Security much less abolish it been rejected? Why do we have "entangling" foreign relationships? Why do we have trade and immigration laws?

Beck find more at fault with 90% Conservative Republicans than the IslamOfascists who attacked us and declaued war on America

NOT TRUE! We expect the democrats to lie, but why you?

newsmax.com

WASHINGTON -- CNN TV host Glenn Beck tells NewsMax that he believes "Islamic extremism is the biggest threat to our way of life since World War Two and we'll never be able to fight it – if we can't see it."

American viewers are going to see - up-close-and-personal - the ugly face of extremism on Wednesday evening, when Beck will air on his cable show a special ominously called "Exposed: The Extremist Agenda."

For the first time, according to the show's producers, Americans will be able to see actual videos from Middle East television and other sources that show just how dangerous the "radical Muslims" really are.

"It's unbelievable footage – very eye-opening, and it's exclusive," say producers.

Beck notes that his passion for the project is grounded in his strong opinion that "political correctness is going to kill us" because people are too afraid to show such explicit video and talk about it for fear of repercussions.

I'm starting to get a little tired of Glenn Beck.
Don't like all the lecturing ie "know yourself".
Don't like how he kisses up to BO'R.

I think you can be libertarian and anti abortion.

All you have to do is recognize the unborn as a person, and then no one has the right to deprive it of life.

Meet kinder, gentler Glenn Beck:
New ‘global warming’ believer
Finds common ground with George Clooney,
his publicist is Democratic Party power player

While polls show more people drifting away from acceptance of “global warming,” the newest superstar among conservatives – Glenn Beck – is embracing it.
“You’d be an idiot not to notice the temperature change,” he says. He also thinks it could be caused by man’s activity.
At home, he’s going green by using energy-saving products.

Beck’s personal publicist, Matt Hiltzik, is a Democratic power player who helped get Hillary Rodham Clinton elected to the U.S. Senate,

You can always rely on Glenn Beck for
some outspoken views ... and as the
inaugural guest on Katie Couric’s new
series “@KatieCouric” he doesn’t
disappoint.

In the webcast, which premieres at
CBSNews.com Tuesday at 7pm, Beck tells
Couric he thinks GOP nominee John McCain
would have been worse for the country
than President Obama.

Conservative Fox News personality Beck
also said that he may have voted for Hillary
Clinton over McCain had Clinton been the
Democratic nominee in 2008.

Funny thing. I don't remember you saying that Glenn Beck agrees with Dick Cheney on the war on terrorism. Since you disagree with GB on this issue, you must also disagree with Dick Cheney. Are you and Islamist/terrorist loving type of guy?

read the comments

Here is one of the comments. As the commentor says, Beck was not saying that Reid and Cheney were the same. He is politely saying that anyone that believes that is a fool.

"He was simply making a point about the ‘blame them game’ that constantly goes on in politics today. If you look for anything more than that in his comment, you were’nt paying attention."

I agree with Mark Levin. We should be supporting these brave Republicans,

I hope Rush and Mark are now realizing the days of pitting "conservatives" vs. GOP must come to an end. Rush has railed more than I expected vs. GOP and, while promoting a more conservative line, let us realize the Republicans are the ones as Mark said, "holding down the fort." Let us send them reinforcements this Fall.

Vitamins? WTF are you smoking? What does regulating vitamins have to do with conservatism OR THIS THREAD? Evidently you are a tard...moron.

Apparently you are unaware of what Republican John McCain, who calls himself a conservative, btw, thinks of the issue:

“A person’s health is being left in his own uninformed hands instead of being overseen by those trained in the field. Government has an obligation to save such a person from his own folly.”

THAT is what it has to do with this thread.
