Beck just said he thinks "I contend that most Americans are libertarians because they want that freedom . . ."
So why don't they vote that way Glenn? Why do we have abortion laws? Why aren't drugs legal? Why do voters reject gay marriage? Why do we have laws regulating banks? Why has every proposal to privatize Social Security much less abolish it been rejected? Why do we have "entangling" foreign relationships? Why do we have trade and immigration laws?
If that is all you got out of anything he's said, you are getting the cliff notes from somewhere.

I agree with you. He’s read a few books and now imagines himself to be an expert on political philosophy. And the constant attacks on Republicans as Democrat clones is getting really old. Who stood up to Obama at the summit? Members of the Libertarian Party? Who’s voting against the Democrats nutty proposals over and over again? Libertarians? No, they’re Republicans.
I agree with Mark Levin. We should be supporting these brave Republicans, not shooting them in the back. I’m sick of Beck.

having said that....it is too simplistic to define Libertarians as anarchists, or liberals and too restrictive to define the “freedom, individualism, “leave me alone government” aspects of the conservative as “not libertarian”.
after awhile, the “labels” lose sight of what we value. Conservatives and small L libertarians have many things in common way more than Dems or Progressives.

Beck find more at fault with 90% Conservative Republicans than the IslamOfascists who attacked us and declaued war on America
